Worst company I've used in years
Do yourself a favour and look at reviews for Davies Group Insurance LTD, they are the company used by Covermy. Absolute rubbish, avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would - avoid at ALL costs!
My phone was stolen in FEB and I made the claim the same day - i didnt recieve a replacement phone until 30th March due to back and forth emails, their TERRIBLE claims process, they take 2 working days to respond to any email but I am 7 months into my insurance and I have sent 10 emails asking for them to help me with a login so i can do this online as the initial email they sent didnt work - no response STILL.
I then finally recieved the replacement for my brand new 3 month old phone - they sent me a FAULTY phone, none of my apps worked with it, it would die at 10-20%, it would freeze sometimes for hours - Faulty - i then had to waste another month back and forth with emails trying to get it replaced in the warranty they provide, finally get a returns label, post it (they didnt provide a replacement), a week later I recieve it - EXACT SAME PHONE. and they emailed saying they had replaced it but sent exact same phone, exact same issues, same IMEI number. Worst service, they outsource their claims handling and use mobi market for repairs/replacements, they dont have a number to call between each other everything is done via email its ridiculous - worst insurance I have EVER used.
