With manufacturing taking place in North America, you can get new shutters in as few as 10 days. Coverly's roots go back several generations. Our founders are 3rd generation window covering owners and know the business of blinds and shutters better than anyone. As the modern world has adapted to new ways of doing business, the window covering industry has not. We understand that many homeonwers are very capable of measuring, ordering, and installing their own plantation shutters so we have made it possible for them to do just that (at an affordable price)!

Product not delivered and poor customer service.

I placed a shutter order on September 4th. At the time I placed the order, the items were expected to ship around September 25th. By October 1st, I had not been contacted about shipping, nor did I receive my order. I contacted customer service via phone. They didn't answer but instead started a chat via text. during the chat I was advised my order was in the final stages. It is now October 8th and I still don't have my order, nor have I been contacted about shipping. I have called the company a couple of times. They don't answer, nor do they return my message. This has been an extremely frustrating transaction. I have asked for qa full reimbursement since they don't seem to be able to deliver their advertised product and I will not be using this company again. Nor do I recommend it to anyone.

Very pleased!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. We had ordered plantation shutters for our living room and kitchen. Customer service was exceptional, production was in a timely manner, and you cannot beat the price! We will definitely be using Coverly Shutters again!
