By Standard Process it will definitely take your breast tenderness away, i’ve been using this for about three years as well, The bottle says take one most of the time I take two all three of these things r great. Also what I like about the iodine the particular formula that I have, it’s water soluble meaning you can’t take too much. Water soluble is you just pee it out.
