Incredible customer service and I've never slept so well. The quality of the mattresses are worth every penny and when we had a delivery issue, Steve was incredible and sorted it with kindness and speed.

First, I received the bed, and the quality was excellent, so I decided to order the mattress as well. I honestly didn’t expect it to arrive before Christmas, so delivery a week before the holidays was a very pleasant surprise. Many thanks to Steve for the recommendation — I’m now enjoying a great night’s sleep.

The bed you did not know you needed!

We spent about 3 months researching natural fabric beds and deliberating what bed to get. After speaking to Steve about what they do, we went with Cousinsbeds.

One week in and it's been a total revelation! Never ever would go back to memory foam or synthetic mattresses again.

If you are considering New Mattrasses, you couldn't do better than Cousins Beds. I ordered three luxury mattresses from them. Steve kept me informed with frequent updates of my order which was being delivered to the Algarve, Portugal. The actual delivery time from door to door was two weeks. I thoroughly recommend their products and service from personal experience.

Steve was extremely helpful with our questions & we ordered immediately having spoken to him.

A 2-3 week delivery was quoted but in less than a week it was on its way. All the logistics were seamless & everything happened at the time stated thanks to Algarve Removals (who we've used before).

The mattress is fantastic. All natural materials & 2000 pocket springs. It's (high end) hotel luxury. Instantly comfortable from night one!

We ordered a sofa bed and two new mattresses for our home in Normandy. All items were delivered quickly, and the quality of the products is excellent. We decided to buy the Sherringham 5000 mattresses. These are the most comfortable mattresses, we have ever slept on. Very happy customers.

So many choices, having relocated from the Uk for the peaceful life and to save on removal costs ( beds take up so much room) we decided to buy new. Deciding was the easy part, trying to translate and understand the french websites was the hard part - Thankfully we stumbled across Cousins and in no time we had ordered and delivery was as stated ( Shoutout to the Delivery driver for his help) i think in french they say bien joué
