My experience with this course has been very positive. I found the course clear, informative and easy to follow. The Maths and English activities helped me refresh my knowledge and improve my confidence, particularly in grammar, percentages, fractions, ratios and problem-solving. I also liked being able to work through the course at my own pace. Overall, it has been a useful learning experienced

I found this course amazing, the information is so useful and i have learnt alot . The course easy to understand as at the end of each moduel is a couple of quiestions to make sure you have listened and read through each module. I will reccommend this course .

I have purchased 10 courses in all to upskill for a change of career and get back into an administration role from my current role as a nursery practitioner.
Started and completed my first course and the course did not update to show that the course had been completed.
I got in touch with Course Cloud and within an hr of me sending the email, Von had sorted the problem and I was able to download my certificate.
Fantastic customer service and I'm now knuckling down to my other 9 courses.
So pleased with Course Cloud. Here's to a change in career!!

Update: original still stands. However, it was eventually acknowledged and resolved. So, 3 stars given.Like pulling teeth to access the course after having paid for it. Followed by even more stress attempting to retrieve the PDF!! To date, I have left 2 voicemails and sent 3 customer support requests and NONE have been answered! Unacceptable.

Great courses and only encountered one problem in two years, which was fixed quickly and efficiently for me, which was really good and dealt with quickly.

Update 31st May never recieved student I.D in post emailed over 6 days ago no reply should of been 7 to 9 days they say sent 11th May and this was inclusive with the course that being said course cloud reached our to offer a solution which I accepted and was very fair in this

They have a wide range of courses available to keep me interested. I found the course content hard work but in the end big achievements were made. I would recommend their courses to anyone.
