Loved the cabin we really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was great. Very clean and in great shape the hot tub was supper nice and relaxing after a day in town. We will be staying with country pines again

Been coming here for years and it's always wonderful! The perfect getaway!

Run down. Have stayed approximately 10 times. Will not go back. I don't like having to share and reuse the minimal amount of towels provided for the number of guests/days (no washer/dryer). The bugs about took over. The molded hot tub cover was disgusting. The joke of a "microwave" was ridiculous....ten minutes to do a 30 second job. Overall cleanliness was not good.

Wonder cabin with all the necessities. Away from all the hustle but not to far and easy to locate. I've stayed here many times over the years and keep coming back

I was very disappointed with this cabin, especially considering this was our first Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg cabin experience. The cabin smelled mildew. We were supposed to have Wifi but it never worked. The mattresses were HORRIBLE. Hot water sucked. Only 2 people can get a decent hot shower then you are waiting and waiting and waiting some more. The cabin is very dust. It looks like it only receives a superficial cleaning after each guest. There were cobwebs everywhere ceiling fans rattle. I missed the previous review of this cabin. WISH I HAD NOT...

We love going to Country Pines and the price is great. The only problem we had is we could not get connected to the internet for our program.

We throughly enjoyed our time staying in the Bearly Blessed Cabin. Pigeon Forge is a wonderful place.

We all loved the cabin. Had some trouble with breakers kicking off several times. The staff were quick to remedy this for us. Loved the room to park, extra beds, and the kitchen seating.

One fridge wasn't working when we arrived and the hot tubs were dirty and cold but someone came out and cleaned them and we were able to find a breaker to turn fridge back on. Beds weren't super comfy but served the purpose and we had a good retreat there. Very spacious at a reasonable price which was what we were looking for.

Very nice and clean cabin. Everything needed to enjoy outlet stay was provided. Customer service was very polite and helpful.

The cabin needs some up keeping done on it. The floorings are worn and should be refinished and the carpeting replaced. The downstairs bedroom door lock is broken and the interior door locks all the time. We propped it open with a shoe. Since it rained almost every day while we were there we had the pleasure of getting wet coming into and out of the cabin because the gutter down spout is loose from the roof gutter and water pours onto the walkup ramp. We pushed it back together several times but the rain water would jar it apart again. The downstairs mattress is worn out and should be replaced. The upstairs mattress has the same problem along with the mattress is not thick enough to clear the side railing so you have to climb over the railing to fall on the mattress. All four bed pillows are worn flat and should be replaced. Both recliners in the living room have lost the springs in the seats and you are sitting in a deep swag making them difficult to get out of without a lot of effort. Over all this is not a cabin for anyone with any handicap. It would have been nice to have known that the lower bedroom door leading outside will lock automatically once it closes before I was locked out. I really do not see this as a benefit to those wanting to use the hot tub. Personally I used another shoe to block the door open while using the hot tub. Of course while the door was open the air conditioning was running.

The cabin was easy to find and located perfectly. We were far enough away to feel away from the hustle and congestion of Pigeon Forge but close enough (5-10 mins) that we could head into town at a moments notice. We had a large group of both guys and girls and the space was more than enough! Students and leaders had a blast; we are hoping to come back next year.

This was great experience for my whole family. We never rent another motel in pigeon forge again. This gave you a home feel and privacy. Very clean and relaxing, can't wait to return again. Thanks for great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very nice and close to town. The only negative comment would be that the hot tub cover is in need of replacement. It is so water logged it is hard to remove

The cabin was clean, the perfect size, equipped nicely, loved the hot tub, the kitchen was great, bedrooms were great & porch was beautiful! Check in staff was short & rude!!!!! No smile, no thank you, no enjoy your stay, no nothing! And when I booked on the phone that person was rude as well. If you had the friendly staff to back up your paradise, you'd have a goldmine!!!!

Country Pines has been my go to Cabin Rental company for years. The cabins are always clean, safe, and secure. While there are occasional concerns, i.e. broken lamp shades and mislabeled hot tub buttons, it is always professional and the biggest "bang for the buck" available.

I have recommended this to family and friends. We plan on returning this summer.

The cabin was very cozy and clean. I wouldn't complain about the bed except when you are sharing with another couple you should know that the bed upstairs squeaked at every turn, toss, etc. We had to move it from the wall, because the headboard kept hitting the wall and that made even more noise. Me being a lite sleeper did not sleep very well. Now I will say the HOT TUB was awesome and very relaxing. The cabin if you can get passed the noise was well worth the price.

Our Youth group stayed here for the Hearts on Fire Conference in November 2014. Everyone in our group found this cabin to be perfectly laid out to keep our Co-ed group separated when needed. There was more than enough room to relax and socialize as our weekend unfolded. The location was perfect for the short drive to the Leconte Conference Center. Our church's ladies' retreat at the Lodge was a very relaxing and fun-filled weekend. The only negative thing I would mention is the mattress in the back bedroom at the left as you enter the lodge needs to be replaced. When two people try to sleep in the bed, they both end up rolled to the middle (mattress was like that in 2013 also). All in all every thing was well stocked. We hope to be able to use the Lodge again this fall (2015).

We've been going to Country Pines for many years now and have always enjoyed it. On the last two trips, however, both in 2014, we noticed the maintenence seems to have waived a bit. On our first trip in Match 2014 there was construction/upgrades in progress on our cabin, understandable, but I wonder if it should have been finished before it was rented out. Also, the hot tub seemed to need a little more attention. Our second trip of the year in November was still nice, but the hot tub wasn't working at all. All the same, we'll probably still be back again because of the great location .
