As a small local business Palletpick-Up Recyclable has depended on the revenue generated with partnership with Counter Culture Coffee to keep business operating financially. I am devasted by the abrupt dismissal of services (replaced by billion dollar company) as a load of pallets personally delivered, arrived during inclement weather onsite at the Durham NC location. New management lead by Durham Manager decided to attack the integrity of my business with made up accusations of incompentence that never was reflected or mentioned during the 4yr tenure of service. My small company has taken a direct hit financially that has me worried of a shutdown of the production facility that was aquired to provide shipping pallets to the Durham facility. I am reaching out to speak to the power structure to help a business that was there when you needed a dependable shipping resource that never dissapointed your business. C.........(manager) has displayed an over zealous approach to his new management position that has caused un-warranted damage to a small local business's Operating Revenue. I depended on the company because of what I thought was the Integrity and recognition of local small business ethics. Looking for an opportunity to communicate with Corporate management ASAP.
