Claire the assistant served me diligently and in a friendly manner. Really informative of alternative choices and recommending items for me to order to the store for a quick collection.

Cotton Traders is my new ‘go to’ store for all seasons. Great choice of fabrics, colours and more. Products are well priced and wash and wear well.

Great gillet lovely presents

I really like what I buy from Cotton Traders, clothing wise.
But when it comes to footwear, I carn't buy from you because, all your footwear are E fitting and I take wide, or extra wide footwear.

We returned some items we bought on line to the Rivendell store in WIDNES the ladies Ann and Janine were amazing both very helpful and helped my partner order new items.
They were very good with instructions and delivery advice. Made the whole process so easy will definitely come back to the Store and use again.

I popped in to buy a few bits for my hols. Clare the Sales Assistant was so friendly and helpful, and also professional. Found me everything I needed and made the whole experience less daunting. I hate shopping but I'll visit Cotton Traders again.

Called into the cotton traders store based in Rivendall garden centre, Widnes. To buy a pair of jeans, a lovely lady called Clare, helped me find a perfect fitting pair..and also mentioned that they have a 20% discount offer on!. 🤩 So I bought 2 pairs.

I visited the Widnes store which is in our local garden centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clare was very helpful and patient with me when I needed to find a blouse to match some trousers I already had.

I felt compelled to write a review regarding the fantastic customer service I rereceived today from Claire, an assistant in your Widnes store . I was looking for a particular garment and couldn't find it in my size.
Claire search through the shop stock but unfortunately it wasn't in stock in my size. She looked on line to see if it was available for order which it was and offered to order it for me she then spent time helping me look through other items of clothing until I found those which suited my taste - it was like having my own personal shopper!
Claire was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me. A fantastic member of the Cotton Traders team I will definitely be reccomend my friends to use your shop following the excellent service I received.

I love browsing in Cotton Traders Widnes the staff are so helpful every time I call in giving first class customer service especially Claire who goes above and beyond her duty to make sure what I buy really suits me .

Great company to deal with. Ordering was quick and easy, and I opted to pick up from a Cotton Traders within our local garden centre. This was ideal meaning I didn’t have to wait in for it. Had I needed to return anything (I didn’t), I could have returned it there.

Use a local store for pick up , good notification and pleasant prompt service by staff

It was so easy to order online and then pick up my items at a nearby store. I was able to try on the items I’d ordered and although one item was too big it was really easy to return it with the help of a lovely member of staff.
