Not informed of delivery to store
Did not receive a email to say it had arrived at the store for collection. went into store on 11th Dec to enquire if they could track delivery, was informed that they had received the item on the 5th Dec but were having problems with their email system so were unable to inform us it had arrived.

Great friendly service
I ordered online and picked my cord trousers up a few days later. I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner and asked if I would like to try the trousers on - this is such a helpful service.
The trousers were a good fit, anyway.

Great service

The staff are absolutely amazing
The staff are absolutely amazing, patient and have an excellent knowledge of the stock. Also the cotton traders range of men’s trousers cover an extensive range of size combinations and colours which is great for choice. Always good to shop with cotton traders
