Not informed of delivery to store
Did not receive a email to say it had arrived at the store for collection. went into store on 11th Dec to enquire if they could track delivery, was informed that they had received the item on the 5th Dec but were having problems with their email system so were unable to inform us it had arrived.

Great friendly service
I ordered online and picked my cord trousers up a few days later. I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner and asked if I would like to try the trousers on - this is such a helpful service.
The trousers were a good fit, anyway.

The staff are absolutely amazing
The staff are absolutely amazing, patient and have an excellent knowledge of the stock. Also the cotton traders range of men’s trousers cover an extensive range of size combinations and colours which is great for choice. Always good to shop with cotton traders

Excellent ….cloths
On this occasion it was items for my husband who has mobility issues…so I order on line and am really lucky that I have one if your stores close by to collect/return ( so no delivery charges👍) this enables him to try at home and if need be I pop into the Cotton Trader stores. I have to say the staff at the store(Trentham Shopping Village) are excellent…very patient, kind and helpful. All in all quality cloths, excellent staff and good value ( added bonus if you buy at sale or have a discount available) .

What on earth have you done to the Cotton Traders. I’ll say no more as your drop in profits must show you how wrong it is. Last time I was there complaining about it. My husband stood outside and he said whilst he was there dozens of women were getting one foot over the threshold then turning straight around!!!

The items were received really quick…
The items were received really quick time which was great as we were able to use them on holiday.
All items were of the usual high standard that I have experienced with all of Cotton Traders products.
The only surprise was that your shop had been forced to relocate to a new, smaller unit on the retail park by the site landlord who have then rented out your old unit to a copycat brand but with inferior quality items and lack the diversity. Your staff at the new unit should be thanked for their helpfulness and cheery attitude. So, I for one, will stick to Cotton Traders.
