Good Quality Garments. but with service flaws
The quality of the garments is good. The delivery to my local shop is excellent - I am fortunate that I live 1 mile from a store BUT I drop a star because I cannot return goods to that store. I have to go to a Post Office (4 miles away) or EVRI shop (7 miles away) and I get charged postal charges.

Ordering was easy, delivery was speedy and because I ordered 2 sizes I returned one item to a Cotton Traders shop and the refund was also easy and speedy.

Ordered a coat for my wife and had it sent to our local shop she tried it on and it was a little tight the shop returned it for us and ordered a bigger size which arrived at our house 2 days later. Now that’s great value.

Went to Cotton Traders in Gretna Green got a lovely cowl reversible sweater the ladies in the shop were amazing and helpful really impressed with them the told me about my nearest Cotton Traders so I will be going there
