Good choice of products and good service.
Going through shoes on your web site, ordered a pair of walking shoes for my wife. Using Click And Collect at our local store, able to try on, before taking home. Unfortunately they were to narrow, so returned. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Staff, as always were very understanding and helpful.

I have just returned two pairs of…
I have just returned two pairs of chinos navy blue . I have been a customer for a long time , but now the quality has deteriorated . Every pair has a different leg length . Not one recent pair is marked correctly . I am 29 Leg but they range from 29 and a half to thirty. The other problem is how it fits on the waist this is inconsistent to , so you just end up with baggy trousers.

Easy to collect an order from a store
I collected my dress easily from the store. I was allowed to try it on in the changing room in case it didn’t fit.
The staff were very helpfully and let me take my time.

All garments made well. Have a job to find nice nightdresses and Cotton Traders are the best. The clothes stick to their right size and it is easy to exchange them if not suitable. The styles are suitable for all ages.

Fantastic Cotton Traders have produced…
Fantastic Cotton Traders have produced trousers with a length of 25”, great for those ladies under 5’. Also they have Elasticated waistbands so very comfortable. The fabric on the rib jeans is also comfortable. (Ps can you do jeans for men, 5’ 1” and leg 25” please, now that would be brilliant).
