My first purchase was at Notcutts
My first purchase was at Notcutts, Ditchling, for a blue winter coat. The lady who served me there, was delightful and very helpful.
But I found a more suitable coat on your web page and pruchased it and returned the blue one.
I love the coat, and the dusky pink colour.

Missing item in package
I ordered two items and was told they were ready for collection approx 7 miles away to me. When I got there, the lady asked if I would like to check my package. I opened it and only the trousers were there and not the top. She looked up on the computer and said the top had been out of stock and would follow llater. I had left it a few days before collecting and received several e mails to say my order was ready. I suggest you do the same as M and S and tell people one item is to follow. It would have saved me a wasted trip.I cancelled the top and a refund has now been credited. I will not be using your collecting service again

Very disappointed with product
Very disappointed with product. I ordered what I thought were black trousers. The trousers looked black online but were in fact grey check. The sales assistants both agreed that they were nothing like the picture. There was nothing in the description to say they were check! Needless to say I returned them.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, unfortunately the first jacket came up very large so reorder next size down which was fine. Haven’t returned the larger one yet but overall very good customer service

First time I’ve used click and collect…
First time I’ve used click and collect - all very efficient. The only comment I’d make is that your outlet at Ditchling was understaffed. Not the fault of the lady on the counter, she was trying very hard despite struggling with the IT a bit, but she was alone, with no extra staff to deal with a queue.

I ordered an item on line to pick up from my nearest branch, the order was acknowledged and processed efficiently and I was notified when expected at the branch, delivery was confirmed and I was able to pick it up. The staff at the store dealt with my item as efficiently as the placing of the order.
