Always straightforward to return items that weren't quite right. In this instance a jacket was slightly too small. Returned parcel.and paperwork to Peak Outlet. Pleasant member of staff took the package and issued a receipt.

The website was straight forward to use. Initially I tried to buy them in the shop. I was advised by the counter staff that I should use the website.

Ordered two pairs of ladies trousers which were in stock . Order placed for collection 14 days ago . As yet not had confirmation to collect !!. Rang HQ twice both times they said they were in transit . For stuff which is in stock the service is really poor to say the least .

Excellent, quick delivery although I had chosen the wrong pick up point!! Oops my fault but the ladies in the shop at Rowsley were lovely.

Ordered a few cotton 3/4 sleeve tops in the sale and the linen mix trousers in size 14, to replace the 16 I received at home, which were too big. Tried on all items at our local cotton traders store in Rowsley. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bought 3 items. Very happy with them all!

the man’s jumper was too small to fit over his head. the cords were all scrunched round the pockets and wouldn’t lay flat however hard i tried , the dress was very nice but too big .but a massive thankyou to them for refuding my poatage i will not be afraid to purchase from them again as in the past my items i bought were great so thankyou so mutch.

Firstly the items I ordered to store are great, very pleased.
The service by the older woman who served me was awful. Her attitude was quite rude. She needed support of a younger member of staff, she seemed to have no idea of the system, yet I feel she is not that new to the store.
. The week before I bought a shirt and gillet for my husband. The shirt was good, the gillet a little small. I returned the gillet for a refund, at the same time as picking up the online order. I only realise later that the older woman had refunded the shirt not the gillet. Both items on the same receipt, and just the gillet returned.
. I asked for the items I had ordered on line, which I was duly given, I didn't open the package whilst I in the shop, I didn't think it necessary (I had spent much more time than I expected in the shop and wanted to get on with my day) only to find once I was home that only half the items were in the package even though the invoice enclosed had both of them on it!
. I rang the shop straight away to explain the parcel contained only one of the 2 items on the invoice. This incurred a trip back to store the next day after I was told other orders were due in store!
. I did ring to check my parcel was in, to be told it would be the end of the day before they would arrive. Eventually I collected it, and the product is good.

When I rang to explain to a younger woman about the error in refund and the incomplete order, I also explained I had been spoken to guite rudely by the older woman she did apologise for everything that had happened, and she would inform her manager.

This must be the worst experience I have in a store in my 79 years. Add to this the inconvenience of a trip back to sort the refund and pick up the remainder of the order, 30 minute car journey, not an experience I want again.

Returned a parcel to the shop. Never having done this before I wasn’t sure what to do. However the assistant was very helpful and very pleasant. She even re-ordered e a replacement

I have had a good experience of purchasing from Cotton Traders. I bought two coats and was very pleased with both of them and with the collection process from the nearest store. The staff were helpful and the returns process very straight forward. I was able to change a coat I bought to the same coat in an alternative colour which I preferred to the one I ordered on line. The coats , a waterproof raincoat, and a thicker long padded coat for colder weather were both good quality and I enjoy wearing them.

I was happy with the item I kept. I was able to try on a dress I had ordered and as it was too big the shop staff assisted me with the return and the refund came quickly. Not many things are this straightforward these days!

I had no contact from their shop at Peak Village to inform me the items had arrived, they were despatched on a Thursday so I waited for an email or phone call, by Sunday I decided to ring the shop and was told the items were in stock. The attitude of the staff when I collected was not good, very offhand despite the fact that whilst there I bought another shirt.

EXCELENT GOOD QUALITY WELL MADE LONG LASTING PRODUCT

Lovely trousers although the waist fit would have been much better with a workable drawstring. It is so much easier to wear them with an adjustable waist!!! Please make them easier to wear for us elderly enthusiasts of your wonderful collection of trousers
