Cotton Mill is not a cheap alternative. However, you generally get what you pay for. And what I paid for is a top-quality, carefully made, soft, warm, good-to-look-at basic sweatshirt. That's exactly what I wanted. Also, I didn't buy on Amazon, didn't buy a product made in China, and didn't compromise on quality for the sake of saving a few dollars. I love putting this sweatshirt on. And I'm supporting our Canadian friends (which is where the sweatshirt was made and where Cotton Mill is located), who deserve our business. Everyone, shop local, shop independent businesses, avoid Amazon, and the world will be a better place.

Visited the cotton mill in Newcastle today for Christmas Day lunch . Place was lovely staff very friendly and helpful . Stater was amazing and also the dessert but the main meal left a lot to be desired . Was definately not worth the money and will not be returning .
