Customer Service is non-existent. I placed an order almost two months ago, and finally got delivery today only to find that two of four items are missing. Of the two items that delivered, one is the wrong shirt and the correct knit set that I got looks cheap. BEWARE!!!

I lost 50 bucks :( order is still processing after 4 weeks. It's so annoying that these sites even exist. These fraudulent sites need to be shut down. I guess you have check every time you buy something online now.

I too was scammed by Cozynity. I ordered Ugg Tasman slippers and was told they were in transit. They have not arrived and will not respond to numerous emails to their customer service. After that, I got scammed by a website that claimed to have my package but needed more postage. I got scammed again as that was fraudulent. Terrible company to do business with.

Placed an order never recieved the order customer service is awful kept providing a fake tracking number don't be fooled by them.

I ordered form tik tok got a tracking number but either they gave me a fake tracking number or they delivered both my orders to two different people in different states and under description of items shipped it said jewelry and I ordered clothes

Ordered UGG slippers on December 3,2023 for Christmas gift. Paid $130 received a confirmation that order was received then nothing. I have sent 4 emails asking for an update and no response. Based on the other reviews it looks like I was scammed too.

I wish I would have known they will not answer my emails no order number just the charges

This is definitely a scam. Ordered 3 cute pajama sets for my daughter's. I look up the tracking number provided, only for them to give me a false tracking number. Now trying to get my money back, if not, lesson learned.

Terrible…..do not buy. I bought this cute sweater set only to never receive it and have emailed 6 times asking for help. They do not provide a phone number anywhere. They have never answered one email. I am fighting with my credit card.

Ordered March 6th. No response no refund total scam. Do not order.

Placed an order on March 10. It has still not been shipped. I have reached out by email twice. No one will respond. I have tried calling the customer service phone number. It goes straight to a voicemail and then you can’t leave a message. Obviously I was scammed! This is a very bad company do not order from them!

Really zero stars 2 months or more before delivery then the cream outfit was yellow .. looked like tea stain and nylon .. so cheap prob manufactured in China for $7 tops absolutely crap false advertising as it is a complete different item from the picture and is not a knit DO NOT BUY

This is a total scam they deliver almost 60 days after ordered. No customer service, quality of the outfit is horrible. Not what they show on the add. Trying to get a return address impossible.TOTAL SCAM

This product and company is not even worth one star! It is a total scam! I ordered my cozy knit set on January 17, 2023 and I received it February 25, 2023. It does not look anything like what they showed on the Internet. It is a piece of junk! The color is split pea, soup, green, and the size is nowhere near, true I contacted PayPal and that was the only way they sent me my item now I wish it would’ve gotten lost in the mail because it is hideous. This company says that they ship to California and the United States right away. That is also untrue! Ladies, please be aware of this is a scam and it’s ugly piece of crap and I’m embarrassed to have it in my closet! Shame on me for believing what I see on the Internet and hoping to get the product that I saw. This product comes from China and is not worth the stress or the effort. The date on the Internet that Oprah bought these sets, my question is Oprah who?

DO NOT ORDER from this company! They do not give an account number and they do not provide tracking. They do not respond to emails. But they do take your money and you NEVER hear from them again. This is NOT a USA company. False advertisement. I only lost $66.00 but feel very angry for being duped. Under no circumstances would I order from them again.NEVER!

I’m giving this a 1 star because there is no option for zero. I placed my order for this set about a month ago and have been emailing the company and no response regarding when i would be receiving my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will not receive your order!!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I was excited to get theses, but ordered in Dec and have received nothing. Tracking info they provided was a dead end and no response to my emails. They need to be removed from all social media.

Much like everyone else, I fell into the trap and ordered - I have requested a price adjustment over 5 times because I received several promo emails afterward that offered free shipping and 20%off… nothing in response. The shipping isn’t accurate at all and I ordered almost a month ago with no product yet. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything here- it could all be found on Amazon anyways!
