Love this company! I was researching cooling sheets and found this company. We love our sheets. The straps keep them in place and they are so high quality/comfortable! I had to order more. I then tried their duvet cover and love that too. Customer service is superior! Receiving emails from the owner of this small business thanking me was a step above as well. Order these…. You will not be disappointed.

Awful customer service, used Evri for delivery and it never arrived, chased them and Evri 3 times each and both kept sending me to the other. After 3 weeks finally got a refund.

These bamboo sheets are absolutely the best ones I've ever placed on my bed. Yesterday I ordered another set because I like them so much.

I ordered a set of sheets after doing much research on how bamboo sheets can help you sleep. They are breathable, hypoallergenic and help keep me cool during hot flashes. I love them!!!! They are so soft I can’t wait to climb into bed at night. I have anxiety with sleep and I’m trying to make my room as calm and inviting as possible. I love that the pockets are deep at the corners and they have an extra strap to help keep the corners on the mattress during restless nights.
Customer service is also amazing. My first order was lost and never showed up. They were on it and had my replacement sent to me ASAP.

I have both the luxury and the 100% bamboo sheets. The luxury sheets have changed, the blend is different with less bamboo. I think the original luxury sheets were perfect. The new version has more of a silky feel vs satiny, but still are good sheets. I was reluctant to get the 100% bamboo because I thought it would be too wrinkly, but that is not a problem. They come out of the dryer wrinkle free. They do wrinkle after sleeping on them, but not too bad. They are soft and very comfortable.

Great products at great prices! We have bought a number of their sheet sets and liked them so much we bought some for our kids.

I submitted an issue to Cosy House customer service. I had bought a split King sheet set in March 2024 from them and it is pilling. I received very prompt response asking me some questions about temperature of washing the sheets and if I washed them with anything else. I also sent them pictures as requested. What I learned is that the sheets should be washed in cold water and gently dried. Hot water will cause pilling in linen. My washing machine setting for sheets is hot water. So that is what I always set it on for washing the sheets. They still offered to send me a new replacement set even though it was my fault that the pilling happened. I was very impressed by the quick response and wanting to make it right for me. As a result I ordered another set of sheets in a different color. The sheets are so soft and luxurious feeling that the pilling was very annoying. Now that I know how to properly wash/dry the sheets, I hope they will keep there wonderful feel.

I am so pleased and happy with every single CozyHouse purchase!! The sheets are the softest and hold up well!! The pillows are the ONLY pillows I will use, and I do not travel without one. The best part about the pillows is that you can take out the stuffing to create the perfect fit.

Cosy sheets are far better than I expected. I read a lot of reviews and decided Cosy sheets were worth ordering. Wow! Since then I ordered a comforter and cover, another pair of sheets and a pillow. I recently bought a brand name pillow - not really right. Since your sheets are exceptional I decided to take a chance and order a pillow from you.

I love my 100% bamboo viscose sheets. I have several sets. I sleep hot so these cool me down. You also cannot beat the pricing.

The product is excellent, the website is easy to navigate and place an order. Customer service has been phenomenal when I ordered the wrong product. But the delivery company, Veho, is a complete and utter disaster. My last delivery was on a Sunday, which I appreciate their attempt to deliver on a weekend, but the address is an office address. The building was locked and so they left the package outside by the front door, like a house, and then texted to tell me they had completed the delivery. When queried as to why they left a package in front of a commercial building 10:22am when the building was locked, the answer I received was I did not give explicit enough instructions on my delivery. I drove to my office to get the package, so that it would not be stolen. The lack of common sense exhibited by the delivery person and the resulting blame shifting by the delivery company is disgraceful and abysmal!

I bought 4 sets of the CozyHouse sheets and threw away all other sheets I had. These are absolutely the most comfortable sheets ever. They feel so silky and the colors are so vibrant. I highly recommend you try a set. You will fall in love. Customer service is stellar. They are so helpful and always follow up with all aspects of your order, from placing the order to how do you like the product.

Every purchase I have made from CosyHouse has been amazing. We recently bought a larger bed and immediately purchased new sheets from CosyHouse. The sheets are cooling and soft. They are durable as well.

I have ordered Multiple products(luxury bed sheets/pillows/pillow casses/luxury duvet covers/luxury comfoter)with CosyHouse. Their website is easy to use, and their product is Great. We love their Luxury Viscose blend products. The sheets keep you the perfect temperature during the night. I no longer wake up anymore sweating during the night, yet I'm also never cold. It's a lil hard to explain, you just need to give them a try. Their pillows are fantastic as you can adjust how much memory foam you have in it. Great products, and their Customer Service is fantastic as well. I even take my sheets/pillows/duvet with me when I travel, so, I know I will get a great nights sleep. I am a life time Customer.
