I would’ve given it less than one star, but that’s not possible. I have been trying to work with them for months regarding a return. Somehow they charged my credit card for things I would never buy, and I returned them. I originally thought it was a fraudulent use of my credit card. They now have the merchandise and they have collected the money from Capital One. It’s a case of finger pointing. Cozy says they can do nothing and Capital One says neither can they. This is some of the worst customer service from a vendor I’ve ever seen.

I never received my order
Ordered 2 sets of 100% bamboo sheets for Christmas gifts on Wednesday 17th, it was set to be delivered Saturday the 21st. I got the email stating it was delivered but product not at my door. Contacted shipper and they said it was delivered and to reach out to cosy, which I did twice, and I have gotten 0 replies back

I bought a fitted bamboo sheet and was shocked when it pilled really badly after only one use. Cosy house replaced it (after asking for pictures and serial number) but the replacement did exactly the same despite it being used straight from the packaging. I thought I had bought actual bamboo but realised it has polyester in the mix and I imagine that this is the culprit.

My delivery did no arrive. I cannot get in touch with the company. They are not responding to the online chats or to numerous emails I have sent to them.

Currently leaving a 1 star because I haven’t got my items yet. I ordered pillows and the website said they would be shipped out the next day. That was a lie. I’m still waiting. 2 weeks later. I’ve emailed 6 times with no response now called them and they told me to contact Amazon even tho I ordered directly off there sight. Amazon told me to call them. And there online chat is useless. If I ever receive them I’ll update my review.

They quote as "hassle free returns", "superior customer service" - definitely not! I've been trying to contact them to return an item for over a week with absolutely no response via email, voicemail, phone or live chat.

Never again! I was charged over $100 for sheets. It's a total scam!

I ordered a simple set of sheets on Black Friday. They advertised 3-4 business days to process the order. It’s been over two weeks and my order is still in queue. They didn’t have any problem processing my credit card payment with 3-4 seconds, but they can’t manage to get their orders out the door. It shouldn’t be my problem that you have poor management by advertising a sale and have poor staffing and inadequate product stock.

I have previously purchased bedding from this company and it has been fabulous. Sadly, I purchased another duvet cover 6 weeks ago which has developed some marked pilling. I tried contacting them via their 'live chat' with no joy, nobody answered my query. I then resorted to emailing them, again no response. I am disgusted with their customer service. I will never purchase from them again. Their products are not cheap and it appears that if something is not right they ignore you. Buyer beware, you may get a fabulous item but if you are unfortunate enough to get a dud you will be totally ignored.

The material is very comfortable however the claim as stain resistant is not true, The build quality is poor. I have the queen size set however the pillow cases are too small and the seams are coming apart.

I paid $65.00 for sheets on 12/4 they took my money and never sent me confirmation email, I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook, Instagram and they refuse to answer me, as of today they have not even acknowledged me.
They are a SCAM

I've ordered their comforters before and absolutely loved them so I placed a second order in September 2024. I received no updates for 3 weeks so I reach out to customer services only to be told my item was out of stock.
Okay, no biggie. I continued to wait. 2 months pass by with absolutely no updates on my order. After contacting customer support, they tell me my color is still out of stock, but I could choose a different color which they can ship immediately. I chose a different color and asked them to ship it out immediately since I've been waiting for over 2 months at this point. A few days later, I receive another email stating the second I chose (which they offered as a replacement for my first choice) was not out of stock. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. In the end, since they had zero idea on when they'd restock any of the colors I wanted, I picked a third choice. I'm hoping they will ship it as intended. This has been the most frustrating process of ordering anything online ever. Their lack of communication is also very disappointing.

Cozy house immediately shipped new flannel sheets and dryer ball’s!
The rich Teal color is amazing, soft flannel like we had in Ireland!!
To have such quality made in America is amazing!
They fit perfectly and the added elastic strap is a great touch!
We’ll be looking forward to getting more colors and summer sheets!

The quality of the dryer ball’s surprised me as others required 5 and didn’t provide the softening and static reduction that cozy house does!

I ordered the wrong sheets and Sarah at their customer service was so helpful and kind. It was my error but she helped me rectify the situation. It was so refreshing to receive such great customer care service in a world where that’s becoming a dying art. 5 ⭐️s for cosy house and Sarah!!

They will not stand behind their warranty. Talked to owner direct no help.

I recently purchased a set of Everyday sheets that had a minor quality control issue upon receiving them. I contacted CosyHouse customer service who quickly jumped into action to resolve the matter. I was very impressed by how CosyHouse stands behind their product and ensured that the customer was satisfied. Keep up the good work -- thanks!

I have used cosy house sheets for approximately 5 years. I recently purchased 2 new sets and after the first couple of washing’s they started piling. I contacted cozy house and after a FEW emails they replaced the 2 sets of sheets. We received them and washed them and put them on the bed. After about two weeks we changed the bed and washed them and you guessed it they piled. I again contacted cosy house and explained what happened and sent pictures and washing instructions. They responded that they had already replaced them once and all the would do is give me a 20% discount on another purchase. Why would I buy more. I had 2 sets of sheets that lasted over 4 years and now I’ve had 4 sets that’s haven’t lasted 2 months. Do not buy these sheets. It’s a waste of money and all cosy house wants is your money not your loyalty.

Bought bedsheets, after second wash pulling started. That is Sandy little balls on the surface of the sheet, very uncomfortable. A result that should only happen when sheets are old. Very cheap!

Beautiful sheets when you fist get them (I actually brought another set on the first day of receiving) but after 1-2 washes they are covered in bobbles. An absolute waste of my money and what's more is if you properly search the reviews they are of all this same complaint but shown as a 5 star!!! This is false marketing !!!
Avoid and don't make the same mistake

Sheets pilled after following all of their guidelines, was given the run around over email and never replaced sheet that were still under warranty!
Don’t waste your time with this company!
