Costelloes EV Recensioni

The fact that I am writing this as a repeat customer summarises it somehow ;-) Wonderful knowledgable team, always show up when they have arranged to meet, polite, clean up after they go and no hidden surprises with the bill. Quote was always honoured. Great work all!

Great communication and an overall positive experience

They came within 24 hours of ringing to fit a charger i had bought. They did a really professional job. Wouldn't use anyone else.

A brilliant company. Super helpful. Super quick and efficient. Cleaned up after my EV charger installation. Highly recommend.

We contacted Costelloes to arrange an EICR - due to a cancellation, they fit us in the next day, and then arranged to follow up with repair work the day after. We were very impressed by the communication throughout and everyone we spoke to was very professional, effecient and competent. We found their prices very reasonable, and couldn't recommend them enough to others.

I contacted several companies requesting the installation of two EV chargers. I'm still waiting for most of them to respond. Costelloes responded very quickly and installed both chargers the following week. Their staff were polite, helpful and very efficient.

Excellent Zappi installation with most of the cable hidden and a good explanation on how it all works with my solar panels and how to operate. The admin staff was very polite when I kept having to change the installation date, as the garage kept changing the delivery date of the new electric car.

Great communication, professional fitters and genuinely lovely people to deal with

Contacted Costello's to see about charge point, very helpful sent me all links needed. Have me a price, date an time, lads who fitted were great an cleaned up after job was finished. Happy with install and conversions with Costello's.

Really nice guys. Pleasure to have round and work at our home.

Spot on service from start to finish, top job completed and would definitely recommend.
Thanks again

This is the second time I used Costellos. First time was for a vehicle charger, second for adding an additional battery to my existing PV setup.

Both times the company were amazing. Turned up on time, good comms, did what they said they would do. No mess and very friendly.

If all companies were this good, there would be no need for a site like Trutpilot!

Really helpful, tremendous patience !
Explained everything thoroughly.

Not only was the work first class, the lads that attended were a great reflection of the company, on-time, polite and left the area they worked spotless.
We had an issue with the shower not staying on and instead of simply replacing it for more cost this company investigated the problem and solved it with no additional cost to us. Thank you Costello ev . I would highly recommend to anyone.
Also the billing system is very simply to use.

Very efficient friendly service from initial site inspection to installation. Very helpful and knowledgeable through the EV Charging grant application and then claimed on our bahlaf.

They carried out an assessment of the job before quoting and then fitted within a week of the quote being accepted. First class👍

Trouble free experience from start to finish. My Housing Association needed detailed drawings and off work being done, Costelloes took full control and sorted everything out. The gave me an appointment literally 2 days after paperwork was sorted, and the job was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The engineers went through the charger functions, app details, and made sure everything was ok before they left.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. We were very pleased at each stage of the process, from pricing to arranging installation when most convenient for us. The guys were on time and very respectful throughout and helped me set up the app and explain how best to use. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company 👍👌

Neat, tidy and professional.
