Horrible service - order not received after close to 3 months
I made my order on the 29th of January 2018. I am still waiting. Little to no communication from them. I have a tracking number that our national post office cannot pick up because the package hasn’t reached the country yet. On the 31st of March I was promised a response on whether they can track my parcel within 5 business days, and I’m still waiting. I would like to know the full process of receiving a refund because at this point in time I don’t want to deal with this company anymore.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Haven't received my order from past 6 months.
No reply from their side to my emails as well. Lost all the hopes to receive my order or get any reply from them. I never thought that a company with such good reviews would do something of this level.
Even though I've suffered a loss of huge amount I hope they would not do the same to other clients.
Really disappointed.

Excellent service.
I have been purchasing items from Cosmostore for a few years now and find the company very good to deal with. On one occasion there was a problem with an item due to postal damage and it took only one short email to have the item replaced. Now this is a very good service. Thank you for making it so easy to shop from the comfort or my home.
