Cosmique Studio - Aesthetic Clothing Store Recensioni

Cosmique Studio a part of my combinations. Excellent product , Reasonable price.

Fatmanur - I can find the style of clothes I am looking for here. I discovered this store a year ago, and I am absolutely satisfied. I advise.

It was a great shopping experience. Everything is very beautiful, thank u

Unique pieces that are well made and different from mainstream fashion!

Upset, but their customer service is on point.

Support team was very helpful and the quick responses I got from then helped make everything easier for me

Good quality clothes, it didn't take long for the package to arrive and the customer service was very friendly and attentive. It was a very good experience and I would buy in their store again

Cosmique is a great business to shop with they stand by their products and their customer service is truly customer focused. We recently purchased an item and the sizing was not exactly what my teen daughter was hoping for. Without a blink Cosmique exchanged the item for the size my daughter was really hoping for. The item is of great quality and looks just as it did in the picture. We are both thrilled with the purchased item and the customer service Cosmique provided. We will not only shop with them again but will absolutely refer friends to this friendly and stylish business. Many, many thanks Cosmique! Gainesville, Florida, USA

Omg! Cosmique Studios is the dream! I absolutely love all their products. It's amazing - if you're aesthetic and want to find somewhere to shop, c h o o s e Cosmique Studios x!

Just got my package and the quality is amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but customer service was very helpful. Will definitely buy from here again

Got the wrong size and they were very polite to help. Shipping may take a while but quality is very good and drippy. Would shop again.

I know it's been 1 month, my bad! For not reviewing the order I got from last year. Well, better late than never! Luckily I've got my good quality set - technically the shirt, first.... and free sunglasses. Then the skirt came a bit late. It was at first, lost BUT then when I mentioned about this to her. She then told the others to package it ON TIME , before the Holiday season! And it finally did came! (Srsly, hopefully I didn't sound pushy nor impatient.....><) Caitlyn was very helpful and nice with my very first order! Sooner or later, I will mostly get help from her again! For my next order! :)

Unfortunately my package was lost and I never received it. But by the help of Olivia from CosmoStudios I got a refund. Her communication with me was very consistent and clear the whole way through. Thank you Olivia.

So pleased with everything. shipping. customer service. product quality, prices. and different designs!

Excellent customer service and prompt order fulfillment. Will definitely order from them again.

**Update (3/8/21): Changing my rating from 1 star to 3. I received an email from customer service based on this review (I should've emailed them first). I had already gotten rid of my item but I sent pictures of it and Olivia agreed that the product was not the quality that it should be. It was too late to return the item for a refund but she offered me store credit for the value of my item. I can see why there are such good things said about the customer service, they are very helpful and communicative. I will update this again once I receive another product.

(1/20/21) So disappointing, maybe a scam?
Ordered a sweater that just came in the mail nearly a month after ordering and it looks NOTHING like the picture. The quality is so bad and it smells terrible. I wrote a review on their site but as it's negative I doubt they'll put it up. Be very careful buying from here! They don't accept returns unless the product is damaged so now I'm stuck with it and I can't get my money back.

We are so happy with our experience at Cosmique. The skirt my daughter ordered is darling and she absolutely loves it! When the skirt arrived, we discovered that it was a size too small. Olivia solved our problem immediately! She was quick, polite, and super sweet! A new skirt is already on its way! I can not say enough about this company and about it's wonderful customer service!

It is wonderful stopping at Cosmique, Their clothes are very unique, beautiful and creative. I just love their website.
Olivia, the wonderful young lady in charge is great. She answers your questions immediately and looks for solutions for you if you are having a problem. Olivia is very resourceful and also extremely sweet. Don’t forget to shop at CosmiqueYou will not regret it.
