Last October, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa in Praia da Luz, and we were so impressed that we returned at the end of April.

It is becoming our new tradition to visit this villa twice a year, in spring and autumn, because it's simply perfect for our family.

From the seamless booking process to the transparent communication with the owner and the exceptional dealings with the property manager on-site, we have consistently had the best holiday experience!

The villa is set back from the main road, providing a peaceful retreat, yet the town's shops, bars, and restaurants are just a gentle 15-minute stroll away.

As agreed, Geoff warmly welcomed us to the villa upon arrival and provided a comprehensive tour, instructions, and information—truly first-rate service.

The massive villa offers ample space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The kids loved splashing in the heated pool, while adults relished the fabulous outdoor dining area, where we sat and savoured most of our meals under the warm Portuguese sun.

Excellent service, a fantastic property, and first-rate accommodations – this villa has it all. We cannot fault a single thing during our stays, and we look forward to returning in the autumn to create more cherished memories in this slice of paradise.

I stayed there in March 24. The word LUXURY is an opinion, the place has seen better days and needs some work. Theres a strange surveillence thing going on too. More importantly , the mark of a holiday venue's reparation is when anything goes wrong. In our case the local Managers were good, but before you consider booking the house, be aware of Cosmic Villas as their communication is problematic: The office in london, “Suite 7”, (this is a unit in a business park)
appears to be closed. The phone number, 020 3575 1008, wont be answered. The other number I found was 01892 710292, in Tunbridge Wells, is a number frequently complained about on “Who called Me”, and is a operated by by WAVECREST NETWORKS LIMITED . And been reported for billing scan activity.

This summer my family and I(a large group of 20 adults and children) were due to travel to Portugal for our annual family holiday. Due to Covid 19 and rapidly changing rules we had to cancel our reservation within 48 hours of travel. This was en extremely stressful and upsetting time for everyone. Doug whom we had booked the villa through was an absolute treasure. Not only did Doug present all the options available he went over and above to help us resolve our issues. Doug was efficient, kind and extremely helpful this was so reassuring at the most stressful of times.
I can honestly say when I re-book my families next holiday I will be going directly to Doug at Cosmic Villas. Absolutely recommend, if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Doug for taking the stress out of the worst situation during these already stressful Covid times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
