Cosmic Collectables is a new online based collectables company. Our goal is to bring affordable prices to customers all over the UK. We make this possible because we trade solely online so we can be extremely competitive with our prices. As collectors we know how expensive the hobby can be, so it is our goal to help customers save as much money when building their own collections. We absolutely love these communities and as a big Pokemon collector with a lot of friends in the hobby, it is always an enjoyable experience when talking/trading. Excellent Customer Service
Left a review before a few years back, but from continued service I'd thought I'd leave another as they still maintain the highest standards and ensure fantastic customer service. Prices, post and communication remain the best out there, and will continue to shop here for the future.

Fantastic customer service
Parcel went missing in the post - not the fault of Cosmic Collectables at all, but they went above and beyond to chase it up and send out a replacement. Have ordered from them before and shipping is fast, prices are good and the cards are great. Thank you so much!

Going on a Whim Paid Off!

Still not received order
Still not received order after almost two weeks. No response from a chase up email. Had an email to say part of my ordered was being refunded with no explanation. Poor service.

Thank you for your review.
I do apologise, your email found its way into our junk mail, and I was unaware until this morning.
I checked the status of the order and it looks like the parcel might have been lost in transit, so I reshipped the cards we could straight away, and refunded you for the missing card that we no longer had in stock.
Please accept my apology, I should have contacted you sooner but it was a busy day in the store, If we receive another of the same card we will contact you to let you know that it is available again :).

Wow. What can I say.
I placed an order for singles and made a late change before the next day. I was given an instant response and then change was made on chat.
I was shocked to receive the order the next day and packaged really well.
