The whole experience from start to finish was first class. I was apprehensive at first when meeting Mr Purcival for my initial consultation, but he soon put me at ease. I wanted a breast reduction and lift to get a more streamlined and youthful look and I wanted my clothes to fit better. I also wanted upper eyelid surgery to remove my tired looking and sagging eyelids. He was very informative and explained how he would do the surgery and at no time did I feel under pressure to make a decision but within 30 minutes I knew I wanted to go through with both procedures and immediately got the ball rolling. I was given all the necessary information about the procedures and a contact name and telephone number to book my surgery at the London Welbeck Hospital, and 6 weeks later I was actually going through with it. Everything went perfectly and I was travelling back to Jersey the next day. The first 6 days after I was more uncomfortable than in pain but once the dressing was removed from my breasts I immediately felt human again and the removal of the stitches from my eyes was painless. I had a follow up with Mr Purcival 7 weeks later and at 8 weeks I was back doing aqua aerobics 4 times a week with no problems.
I wished I had done it years ago and would not hesitate in recommending Mr Purcival to anyone thinking about cosmetic surgery.

I decide to do surgery for number of reasons the main one is that I always been not a small girl, size 14-16 but my breast never complemented my body size. They were actually not fully developed at a semi size B/C cup but with no shape which I have found after speaking with Nick (Nick Percival my surgeon). How I came across Nick was due to my decision not having surgery abroad, I could absolutely done it abroad as I have done so before for other treatments, but due to busy work schedule and number of travels I had to do I just researched for a week and came across cosmetic surgery partners. After sending several emails to other clinics as enquiry there were the only one to reply, my research and decision was done within 2 months (this was a good sign). From there it was a very easy and fully expectation managed consutlantlation with Nick and follow ups with Julia and Nursers. The hospital stay was great I was really looked after every 1-2hrs someone came to check on me as I had overnight stay. I must say any surgery is a stressful and risky time but the whole team made me feel at ease and aftecare was the same. Thank you to Nick and the team I now have breast which truly complements my body and I feel like Im not just given this great looking breast, but also have new way of how I look and how I'm looking after my body overall!

My recent experience of having an Abdominoplasty has given me a mental boost as well as a much flatter tymmy! Mr Percival and his secretary Julia were at all times very professional, caring and friendly. At the consultation, the procedure was explained to me thoroughly by Mr Percival which immediately gave me great confidence in him. My further queries were promptly dealt with, either by email or telephone by Julia and Mr Percival took the time to write to me. The operation and overnight stay at the Welbeck hospital went smoothly, where I was cared for by professional staff. It is only 5 weeks since my op and I am now looking forward to having my Face-Lift in the New Year!

Julia is also wonderful who has a lovely warm friendly smile which makes you feel very welcome, she knows a lot about cosmetic surgery procedures so is also able to answer peripheral questions that you might have forgotten to ask Mr Percival or you might think are too trivial – this was particularly useful as I had so many questions pre and post the operation!

The nurses at the hospital are also amazing, so kind and gentle with big smiles! The room was also lovely and the food was great too!
I am absolutely delighted with the results and the aftercare they provide which is so important since you need to feel supported after you have made the decision to have surgery.
