I received my cosplay Howl's moving castle very quickly. The quality of the clothes materials are really good, and the measurements are true to their size chart 👌🏻 Communication was good and efficient; I'm so happy with the costume and would definitely recommend them for future purchases🫶🏻✨

I was extremely skeptical given the mixed reviews but I'm glad I purchased from this site.

The Lucy Gray Baird costume was a fraction of the price elsewhere and looked on the website to be pretty decent quality. I worried about size as I was in-between, so I contacted customer service who recommended I size up.

The item was dispatched the day after ordering and arrived within 5 days from placing the order! I was very happy with this as I know they give longer timeframes just in case of delays and busy periods.

It arrived new in packaging and in a green sturdy jiffy bag. The costume itself is beautiful, with only slight imperfections. I raised these with customer service who advised this was the pattern they followed, but they offered me a courtesy small refund.

Overall, I would recommend buying from this company for an affordable costume.

Zero stars. If you are contemplating buying from this seller DO NOT. They claim to be a uk company even has a uk address on the postage label yet if you want to return something because of the misleading sizes then it costs £33 to return to china!!

CosHD are one of the top cosplay stores out there, from the great range of options to the quick delivery times. The customer service team reply quickly and always aim to help in a timely manner, the social media team is always active and very responsive. All round great experience and high quality items!

The costumes are hand made and amazing quality and sizing. My only place to buy my cosplay collection!

My order STILL hasn’t came it’s my child’s world book day tomorrow considering the order had a month to come the service has been diabolical. I emailed them a week and a half ago and still it took another 5 days to process after the previous 3 weeks they had. I’ve a really upset little girl with no costume for world book day. The company is advertised as being in the uk and delivery within two weeks absolutely horrendous customer service. A month is more than enough time to come.

Absolutely amazing cosplays! I got my maid Cherribomb cos from them and it’s perfect! I felt so confident in it and the shipping was fast! I will be buying for Coshduk in the future HEHEHHE!

I love the cosplay designs, and the quality is amazing.

I had a collab with COSHD everything was delivered correctly and received earlier than anticipated.
The costume it’s self is simple made with thin basic material, fits well needs small adjustments but that’s easy to make.
It’s a great option for those starting out in cosplay/fancy dress outfits!

I purchased 2 Rumi demon hunters costumes to compare sizes for my 6 year old granddaughter who is obsessed with Rumi, I purchased 130cms and a wig, costing around £58, and one at 140cms, which cost around £46. Whe they arrived they looked amazing, so realistic, I decided the 130cm outfit would be perfect for my granddaughter so enquired how to return the larger outfit, to which I was told, the cost of returning the item would cost roughly the same as what it had cost, so I was told to accept a 10% refund and I could sell the outfit o ebay. I reluctantly accepted. Boxing day arrived and I was so excited to see my granddaughters face when she opened her present. She squealed and laughed with excitement. She was so keen to wear it, we got her dressed in it and added all the chains and epolettes to the outfit which were secured by pins encased in metal which were presses into the material, within 20 minutes the pins had broken off the outfit leaving my granddaughter distraught and inconsolable. The quality of the outfit was so poor, I wish I had just bought a plastic outfit from Amazon for £10. I am writing this review to make people aware, the quality of products from this company and the way they treat their customers is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid, pretending they are a UK company. No returns address in UK. Stating I ordered wrong size even though I never ordered kids size, sizing on the kids costume was the same as the adults - go figure!!
When you ask for a refund, you have to wait for them to give you return address and then they try and offer you 10% back as the fees would be 'high'.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
As a mother of a cosplay fan, you've lost what could have been a good customer.

Extremely low quality cosplays, I'm not so sure about the "HD". I paid for two separate cosplays costing me just a little over £90 on what looked like a huge saving on these cosplays. I thought I was getting a bargain. As they arrived, I quickly realised these were no sales, just very cheaply made cosplay items made to look like they were on sale.

Cosplay 1, Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat. came with lots of separate parts, trousers, mask, undershirt, jacket, belt, gloves, only the undershirt and the jacket are redeemable, I will have to go out of my way to find higher quality of the other parts needed.

Cosplay 2, Emet Selch from Final Fantasy XIV. Very cheap-feeling, extremely creased and doesn't iron out well, has a sheen to it that wasn't shown in the images on the website. Extremely disappointed.

TLDR: Be careful of what looks like huge discounts; these cosplays are tacky, and only some parts of one out of two of the cosplays were redeemable.

I wouldn't order from this company, took about 3 weeks to process an order, not even shipped. They have a rubbish returns policy. When I tried to reach out to support I didn't even get a resonse.

CosHD has great service, affordable products and fast delivery. It's great value for money.

I love their cosplays, they send exactly what it shows on the description. Totally recommend the store. Also very good service
