Terrible experience, fraud!

don't trust. the service is a fraud. after the payment they disappear and you are on your own without any reservation

It was a fake reservation. They took the money and disappeared.

We recently booked our stay at the Maritim Hotel through this company and we were surprised pleasantly by the great value! the rate we received was significantly lower around 15% less than compared to booking directly with with the hotel.

I received a phone call about hotel offers near exhibition center, and the whole experience was smooth. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Make sure you book at least 6 months in advance for the best offers and rates.

We recently signed a contract for our group booking in Germany and everything went smooth. The team efficient, professional and made sure all our needs are met. The contract process was straightforward and they were flexible when we had specific requests. Once we arrived in Germany, everything was exactly as promised.

Affordable offers near the Hong Kong convention and exhibition, including breakfast and free wifi. they sent me exactly what i needed within our budget and provided a fast response to all my inquires.

Take care this is a fraud agency!!!, I did my reservation for a hotel in Dusseldorf then they sent an invoice and paymenk link, once I did the transaction the contact person just desapiere, nobody responds emails or calls, so I called straight to the hotel and the booking does not exist.
I trusted it due they send corporate emails to companies as a supporting for hotes close to the trade shows, sombody from my company forwarded me the informatio like "official" by the show with better pricing.

The person in contact assisted us with all our travel arrangements, including finding the best hotel within our budget providing all information regarding the breakfast, room size, and parking fees, and explaining how to reach the exhibition center from the hotel.

They were very cooperative in finding the best accommodation option for our group within our budget, and they saved us a lot of time and effort.

Booked my hotel for the Maison & Objet in Paris at lower price.

The booking process was straight forward however the downside was the lack of flexible options.

Terrible and extremely disappointing experience. We booked a hotel in Düsseldorf through this website, but after paying a significant amount of money, we discovered that the booking didn’t exist. Customer support was completely unresponsive: they ignored our emails, the phone numbers didn’t work, and no one helped us recover our money.
We ended up without accommodation and lost a large sum of money. This website proved to be unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise against using it — better to book directly with the hotel or through more reputable and transparent platforms.
