Corporate Ink & Toner (Kevin Petierson) are a very pushy company that "bullied" me into buying 13 toners for my printer. When my toners starting needing replacement the first 5 generic toners were incompatible with my printer. The other 8 toners remain unopened. As advised I sent all 13 toners back to CI&T. As they are unsuitable I fully expected a substantial refund for the toners and my freight costs but Kevin (who told me he is only the Business Development Manager) stated that the company's policy is to only replace and not refund. I asked him to refer me to the CI&T owner but nothing has happened. This is despite the company's emphatic statement to me that the generic toners would work in my printer. I have forwarded several emails to Kevin and have not even had the decency of a response other than a phone call where he claims his staff had not passed on the emails to him. Two weeks later still no response. I would strongly suggest not dealing with this company as they are unethical and pushy.

i am dealing with Kevin, corporate ink and toners from past 5 years, they are doing really good job. i bought printer from them twice, they are looking after me well.
They follow up on the service and if i need any conusmables they offer good deal. some times hickups are there, thats solvable.
i recommend to buy printer and consumables from Kevin.

This company isn't fourth coming, i have purchase ink cartridges from them and they advised me they were compatiable and now several months down the track the ink is half full telling me that there is no ink. The sales manager was rude when i advised him i wasn't happy and he was just trying to sell me more ink and not fixed the problem. They have sold me over $1500.00 worth of ink which is useless now. The company rings all the time with better deals and is very hassassing. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

As per other reviews, this company cold-calls you to sell a printer that doesn’t work and only comes with a 30-day warranty. They then proceed to sell you ink that costs as much as the printer itself — which is also faulty. After that, they keep calling to sell you yet another printer.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I discovered that “Kevin” had been replying from the manager’s email address the entire time — and he was the “manager.” Terrible customer service.

I do not recommend engaging with this company at all. Even after blocking their number, they continue calling from several other mobile numbers and simply do not give up

These people cold call and send you the toners before you have agreed to having them. Then they try to bully you into buying them. I have been asking them to arrange for collection for over a month. I almost got suckered into paying for them, but thought better of it. I have had them telling me that they incurred a cost in sending them, but that's not my problem.

They can't get their orders correct. They sent a second order which I ended up having to pay for. Then my printer broke and I am now stuck with over $1000 in cartridges I cannot use. Spoke to him and will not refund for cartridges or swap. DO NOT USE
