Used points today but entered wrong password that they text you only to find out not only did I not get the money off at the pump but they still charged my points as if I redeemed them. Scammy Exxon and won ever return. Burn me once and I'm done with you plus their scammy cash price meaning you have to pay on cash to get the posted gas price.

Gas pump didn’t shut off at Exxon Valleydale in Hoover Al .,and the gas ruined the paint on my Rave 4. The car is 3 years old and we bough it new.

ExxonMobil rewards program a joke. I saved points for a while to only find out the points expired every year. They say it's in the fine print if anyone reads, and if your profile #/ email isn't entirely current you won't know, they don't turn your card off like to let you know theres problems with your account till its too late. thinking we're stupid, if they did you would then call since something is wrong. They won't give you back lost points, I'll take my business elcewhere. DONT USE EXXONMOBIL!

I'm going to write several reviews about every ExxonMobil company that is even on trustpilot so this is aware right now now I just got hung up on on the phone when I did not cuss I was wanting an answer as to why my rewards points program that I was on and my phone number and my email was all shut down but I was told because because I went because I used my number too many times in one day after I purchased an item from their convenience store now it is called a convenience store for a reason I live next door to this place they shut my account off but then told me to keep using that number and keep collecting my reward points while it was under review now I called after this the 10 days business days that I was told it would be resolved it was not resolved not only was it not resolved they completely shut my account off with no explanation as to why now they put an extra lady to put an escalation on it to have them review it they did that still have got no answer as to why they shut that account down the lady I just got off the phone with who hung up on me so rudely told me that the reason is because there was suspicious activity on my account the first lady I talked to during this whole situation told me that this is done by an automated system so if you use it too many times in a day that an automated system picks it up and they automatically kick you out now I'm getting two different stories and being lied to about how their system even works I would never sign up for the reward that's my mobile reward points and I'll tell you what right now I will literally walk a half a mile down the road then walk 10 ft from my house to shop at that store ever again and I'm warning everyone out there now that from my explanation from these people this happens all the time so they're overcharging you for gas and they're robbing every penny they can from you I would just recommend going and driving your car up to the next gas station and spending your money on a more reliable and suitable company with integrity cuz these people have absolutely zero I'm a single father and every penny help and this right here is is more than I'm saying because they can't even give me a reason as to why they just shut it down with no reason and then the lady when I was asking one of their associates who didn't seem to be upset at all the fact that the fact that she works for crooks which is most of them that I talk to you on the phone hung up on me because I was asking how I fix this and it doesn't happen again instead I was given more lies and then hung up on while I was trying to sit back up a new account which has which has money on it too and now they're probably going to take that money off away from me too if there is any lawyers out there that are willing to take this case my name is Tristan Sabatino I live in Lady Lake Florida. They are scammers they came to Nigerians to collect people hard earned money ah very bad, they asked you to invest any amount you can afford from 3k up and after 10days you get your profit, after deposited they will used your money for their business after ten days if you asked for withdrawal they will cancelled your request you will not able to withdraw the money and you will be force to leave it for them, they will also give you task you can meet so that you can withdraw your money from their site, they should be ban and sized their license

"Newcombs mobile" gas station has poor customer service with employee not knowing how to use mobile gift card or mobile/Exxon rewards loyalty card. He was loud, rude and disrespectful. The other gas station " joes Kwik Mart" had a staff member who failed to give me the correct change. I spoke with corporate 3 weeks ago and no word yet. I told them to check the camera cuz that would clearly show staff and customer transaction . Mobile Exxon doesn't care about customers . Please note I bought 5.00 of gas from the victor store to get another gas station where I received great service,Clean store. Your inconvenience is not appreciated !!

The convenience store is trash sold me expired product and would not let me exchange sad . Not good for NO ONES MONEY. The guy was a asswhole excuse me language but I’m a manager expired is expired.
