I purchased a customized set from Cornhole USA, and unfortunately, the product has been extremely disappointing. I’ve only had it for about a month, and it has already completely fallen apart.

The customer service experience has been just as frustrating. My warranty claim was rejected, despite the product failing after such a short period of time.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the way my warranty claim was handled. Hopefully, you read this review before making the same mistake I did.

Ok so my boards arrived with chips the bottom of the boards, no big deal, the sent me a free carrying case. After about 2weeks I noticed both boards warped, about 1/4 inches in the center. I took multiple pictures and sent them in. After 3 days they emailed and asked for pictures on “level ground” which I did. Couple of days later they asked me to put the boards on rubber pads and take more pictures 🤷🏻‍♂️what pads I asked and are still waiting for an answer so my go to is Amex for the backcharge

I had a very disappointing experience with Cornhole Games USA. My boards arrived damaged, and I contacted customer service immediately with photos and a complaint. The only response I received was an automatic email acknowledging my message, with no meaningful follow-up or resolution. It has now been four days—including Saturday and Sunday—and I still haven't received a response from an actual person.

I wish I had done more research before ordering. Based on what I found afterward, this doesn't appear to be an isolated issue. If you take the time to look into the company yourself, you'll find other customers reporting similar problems. One of the first things you'll notice when searching for the company is the prominent "365-Day Money-Back Guarantee," but that gave me little confidence after my own experience trying to get help.

Between receiving damaged boards, the lack of communication, and the absence of customer support, I regret making this purchase. I would recommend spending your money with a company that stands behind its products and responds to customers when problems arise. Stay away.

Paid $800 for 2 sets of cornhole boards. The proofs looked good from a distance but when they arrived, they were pixelated and terrible quality. I followed up with them, they fought to make it right. Then offered me replacement board tops. Then they just completely ghosted us. We have ordered from other cornhole vendors and they were great. THESE GUYS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU SPEND. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Consumer beware when purchasing from Cornhole USA. The company heavily advertises its products as superior to “cheap Chinese boards” and promotes a “lifetime warranty” as a major selling point, but my experience has been very different.

I contacted them about defects in my boards less than one year after purchase. The boards were properly stored indoors and only used for normal outdoor play, exactly what cornhole boards are intended for. Instead of standing behind their product, they denied the warranty claim and looked for reasons not to cover it.

If these boards cannot handle normal outdoor use in the Southwest climate, that should be clearly disclosed before customers spend premium prices expecting long-term durability and warranty protection.

After researching online, I also found multiple other complaints from customers describing similar experiences with denied warranty claims and poor support. The “lifetime warranty” sounds great in advertising, but in practice it appears the company makes it very difficult to actually receive coverage.

I would strongly encourage consumers to carefully research reviews and warranty experiences before purchasing.

This company has the best customer service i have had in decades! From the time I initially started my order to the design team to the finish product, all the team members were willing to bend over backwards to make sure I was satisfied.

The boards are great quality. I got them on a Labor Day sale for a great price. Customer service was very helpful and shipping was very fast. All around great experience and I would recommend!
