Rhys was efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with me during the process of surveying a house built in 1905. He performed a level 3 survey. As a first time buyer, my knowledge was very limited of the whole process, but Rhys was excellent at walking me through every aspect of the report, and answered all of my queries quickly. After delivery of the report, he also was happy to walk me through it, and continued for several months afterwards to field my calls with further questions. He very much felt on my side throughout the entire process, and I can't recommend Cornerstone Surveyors enough.

I have been very impressed and happy with the service provided by Rhys at Cornerstone Surveyors and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a surveyor.

The property being purchased dates back to the 1800s, has a partially thatched roof, extensions, wells, garages and other elements outside of the norm that left me needing a detailed Level 3 survey that I could trust. Having read other reviews left on this page and reviewing one of Rhys' example surveys, I decided to proceed with Cornerstone Surveyors.

Their online portal was easy to use, to book the date of the survey, and to communicate with Rhys as I highlighted the elements I wanted to ensure would be covered.

On the day the survey was undertaken, Rhys called me to give me his overarching thoughts and to discuss said specific elements. Within 2 weeks I then received the full (90 page) detailed report, remaining available to discuss any further concerns or questions I had. He even downloaded and sent me specific drone imagery that I could pass on to potential contractors for quotations related to some of the work needing to be carried out.

Rhys has proven to be very polite, attentive and enthusiastic about his work, always open and honest with his opinions and I want to thank him again for his services.

He talked me through the whole process before he did the survey and then called me straight after to discuss his main findings over the phone. When we got the report itself we were really impressed with how professional, comprehensive and informative it was. I have since had a follow up call to discuss questions I had, although these were minimal because of the detail already provided in the report

I felt all along that time wasn't an issue and it was no trouble to go through queries etc
