I'm truly fortunate that I decided to use Cornerstone to guide me through finding and renting a condominium in Jomtien/Pattaya. It's been a good decision. The service could not be better, with special thanks to my agent Por, who has promptly and carefully taken care of every detail and answered all my questions. And also speaks perfect English. Thanks Por!
So if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Pattaya, you'll do yourself a favour by chatting to the English owner Martin, or any of the staff at Cornerstone. Highly recommended.

I contacted Ey at Cornerstone after a very bad experience with Gecko
Ey was very professional and pleasure to deal with She showed me a couple of properties and after I agreed on the property I asked for a discount for 1 year advanced payment Ey contacted the owner immediately and got me a discount and I moved in a few days later .I needed a couple of things off her after the lease was signed and she quickly emailed me what I needed I highly recommend Ey and Cornerstone real estate very clear communication.Searching for a place to live in another country can be frustrating but my experience with Ey made it a easy smooth process

This is a top notch realty company. Navigating real estate in Pattaya is not easy. Martin has the experience and the knowledge to make and save you money. He knows the buildings and the traffic flow. He can maximize your rental income. He knows the suite spot of the market. His google earth presentation is spot on.

I made a request to view a condo on their website and between then and viewing it they put the price up, and when I asked was there good wifi becauseI need this for my firestick the lady that was dealing with me said she would check with the juristic (building maintenance), then she said that there was wifi ok, which is a lie because it cuts out all the time and when I did a speed test it was 0.02 download speed. I spoke to the juristic about it and he said that I would have to pay for my own high speed and installation. I then said to the lady at Cornerstone about having to pay out more money to get good wifi, she then said she lives in the same complex and had to buy her own high speed...so why didn't she tell me that at the start is my question ??

I contacted Cornerstone Real Estate for help to rent an apartment that I had in mind. It was a holiday and I was still helped and felt welcome. For anyone just moving to Thailand, I highly recommend you reach out to Cornerstone Real Estate. ( BB was of great help ask for her! )

We had only just moved to Thailand and we were recommended Cornerstone - Martin to help us find somewhere to live.

We found Martin to be a great communicator keeping us informed, every step of the way. He was also a good listener, helping us to find the type of property that we wanted. He created a great short list which was very suitable for our taste and budget.

He then came and picked up us and supported us with the visit to look at the property. This was very helpful as we were new to Thailand and were still struggling to get around. He stepped us through the process which again was new so we had limited understanding.

We chose the first property that we viewed and we are delighted with it. We were able to move quickly and again Martin supported us with this.

We would not have been able to get settled as quickly as we did without the support of Martin and we thank him for this. This has made a huge difference to us and our relocation.

Thank you to Cornerstone for the excellent efficient service. A tenant was found in double quick time, viewing and within a week the tenant had signed the 6 month contract and settled into the condo. Massive thank you to Siah who conducted most of the proceedings and made sure everything was covered from the point of view of the Landlord and the tenant. I will make sure I use cornerstone in the future when renting all of my properties as am chuffed to bit with the overall service.

I tried 3 different agencies. This is the 3rd house that I have rented for 6 months. It is by far the best, in terms of price and quality. But above all in terms of the service of this agency. At last! a clear, simple, short and effective contract for both parties. No 100 pages of useless and tendentious texts. My agent, Bee, is exceptional. I don't speak English or Thai well and it's difficult, but she takes care of everything, right down to my internet subscription! she checks before, during and at the end if everything is going well.
