The battery arrived as advertised.
Questions over purchase were answered quickly and comprehensively but could have been avoided if more feedback had been after the online purchase was made.

Good products, poor delivery
Good products and competitively priced, the order was sent quickly. Only three starts because the delivery was so poor. DHL left the items (£450 of electrical equipment) at the end of a long drive in the rain. They also left it outside the delivery window, so it could easily have been damaged or stolen without us knowing it was there and before we had a chance to bring it in.

Delivered on time and all ready to go…
Delivered on time and all ready to go so no complaints on that score. However there was no instruction book with the machine, which although not essential would have been nice.

Terrible so far, but being very helpful
So far, you didn’t have the item in stock when the website showed it as available, then you delivered only part of the order but claimed it was complete, then found the missing elements were lost in transit, and the replacements were not yet in stock. But you do seem to be sorting it out nicely..

The issues we have created for ourselves here have already led to an internal review of best practice to ensure we do not replicate the problems caused to you.
