Hi Mayus,
Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you have had this experience with us.
We do ensure our customers have a great experience and service levels are maintained.
It was one of those situation that was beyond our control as we were waiting for parts to fix our digital printer which took longer than we anticipated and we informed you of it.
We resolve this issue by also investing in a new ID card printing machine, hence why we compensated with the PVC ID card instead of standard papercard which cost triple the cost.
Once again we are sorry for your experience and we hope to see you again soon.

Fantastic job
Yemi have done such a great job for our recently opened shop. He has met our expectations regarding uniforms and designs and has helped us even with little notice also providing advice that have helped to improve our ideas. We have previously consulted other designers and he is the only one who always seems to be very attentive to his clients.
Totally recommended and very good quality.
