My order from Copper Rivet Distillery has landed, and honestly, I’m convinced they’re hiding a team of flavour wizards in the back. The damson gin is outrageously delicious, the whisky hits the spot like it has GPS, and every bottle is bursting with original, distinctively smooth, handcrafted goodness. Even better, all the ingredients come from within 30 miles, so I can sip smugly knowing I’m supporting local magic.

Ordered a bottle of Strawberry Gin and collected from the shop.
As usual staff are always polite and helpful and always have time to explain there products.
Have bought from here on quite a few occasions and always the same service.

Fantastic crafted products - all delicious.

Package was delivered when said. However packaging was rather loose and vulnerable to breaking.
Product was however well priced, good communication and speedy delivery

It was really easy to order the single malt,it was important as it is a gift. When it arrived it was a little loose in the package,thankfully the bottle was all intact. The price is standard for single malt but being a lady from Kent I thought it was important to support a local business & was stunned that we produced whisky in this area,my family are Scottish!
The only thing I would ask is that the item is packed correctly not loose with a bit of bubble wrap & a box that was flimsy & not put together correctly & a plastic bag over that,bottle's need to be correctly packaged, I would rather pay a little more to have it packed & protected correctly. I'm sure that the gift will be greatly appreciated. I would use again but I think I would phone the order in & ask for the item to be packed more robustly.

I like the whisky and the unusual bottle. Slightly disappointed to find it was only 500ml. It survived the courier but I think stronger packaging would be worthwhile.

it is now 5pm no contact from dpd who are supposed to be delivering today after they failed to deliver two days ago i am not impressed.
i have wasted a whole day.

Easy to order & prompt delivery. However parcel was delivered opened as was one of the two bottles of whiskey I ordered. However given 5 stars due to the way it was dealt with by Dylan, customer service agent who ensured a replacement was sent along with prepaid label and packaging to return the opened bottle.

The bottles were well packed and delivered efficiently. The contents of each bottle is delicious - a really good quality whisky and gin. I shall be purchasing from your company again !

Have been telling everyone who will listen about Copper Rivet. Their spirits are excellent and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Both my wife and I thought the whisky superb. richly flavoured, balanced spice tempered by a delicate sweetness. To be enjoyed when you have time to sip it slowly and enjoy the subtle layers of flavour.
The only reason we did not give it five stars was the condition of the package on arrival. The bottle was loose from its box and almost fell out of the outer packaging. However, this is the first time I have noted this potential problem, having purchased from Copper Rivet before and been impressed by the quality and security of packaging.
I would still highly recommend trying this superb whisky, just be careful how you open it!
