My order arrived within 48 hours of…

My order arrived within 48 hours of placing the order and was just as expected.
This is the 2nd time I have placed an order with the company for banners and I have been impressed with the process of placing an order, how easy it is to follow the steps with helpful references for size and choice in backgrounds.
I will be placing another order later this year and would not hesitate to recommend anyone in placing an order with this company.

Perfect. …

Wasn't sure what to expect but exceeded my expectations.
Couldn't be happier, great quality, reasonably priced and received soon after ordered. All the family so impressed with the banner.
Would recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional customer service and excellent quality

I bought a personalised banner for my son’s 18th. Soon after I received a message from Cool Hippo advising it had been posted out and I also received an email from Royal Mail advising they would ne in contact with a tracking service once they had received it. However after 7 days I contacted Cool Hippo as I had received no further correspondence from Royal Mail and my son’s 18th was looming up! Lynsey from Cool Hippo answered my queries and was amazing in investigating that my banner had been lost in transit and she speedily facilitated another fast track order/delivery which arrived in 24 hours. She liaised with me numerous times.
The banner is amazing and of exceptionally good quality!
I would highly recommend 👍 and give 5 ⭐️

Overpriced and late delivery

I ordered 2 birthday banners for £20.
Absolutely NOT worth that amout for small banners
Came after almost 2 weeks.
I wont purchase from them again.
Absolutely not worth it.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.

Firstly, regarding delivery — unfortunately one of our mail sacks was lost by Royal Mail following the Easter bank holiday period. This is a very rare occurrence, but as a small team we do rely on third-party couriers and, on this occasion, it was outside of our control. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As soon as you let us know that your order had not arrived, we immediately sent out a free replacement to ensure you were not left waiting. I can see this replacement was delivered on 16th April, and the original order subsequently arrived on 18th April.

In terms of the size, all dimensions and pricing are clearly listed on each product page, and the size selected at checkout was our smallest option. The item received would therefore match the size chosen when placing the order.
