I ordered the M1 CD Player - great looking product, easy to connect to Bluetooth speaker.

Item was initially delayed due to an issue with the carrier. Really fast response from Cici in customer care who looked into it and then provided regular updates on progress until it arrived.
Very impressed with the customer service - would recommend 👍🏻

My player had a problem reading the table of contents. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement part. I was back listening to music in a few days.

Very innovative and attractive unit.The initial several weeks were very frustrating, however. Hooking upthe unit was a piece of cake, but it Bluetooth capabilities, the very crux of the unit, did not function well at all.

Emails to customer service were appropriate and the eventually the issue was resolved.

My cd player arrived perfectly packaged
I had to assemble it but it’s only inserting the mother board on to 4 very strong magnets that hold it in position and put a sliding door in to position
Mine originally had a fault whereby it wouldn’t play my disc
I emailed the company and without too many questions they despatched a new motherboard
These things happen now and again with sensitive electronics with any company

I had some initial problems with my M1 unit, I explained the issues which were handled professionally and quickly. I'm awaiting my replacement parts and hopefully all will be well again.. customer service has been excellent so far. Thanks!

Received the product right away. I did run into a couple of issues at first, but the company corrected them quickly and made everything right. Overall, a great company to work with and I appreciate their responsiveness.

Bought this as a gift for someone. It came damaged..I contacted customer service right away. They really helped a lot. They're were very nice and professional. They sent a replacement within days. My guy set it up and he loves it ! He's very happy with it. Thank you! Totally recommend. Looks nice!

Brilliant cd player from CoolGeek connects easily to my bose system and the sound quality is excellent,good VFM and service was excellent tracking and updates superb 10/10 guys

First CD player was delivered with damage to the packing and when checking the unit, the acrylic damaged as well as part of the mainframe. Contacted CoolGeek (CiCi) who was so helpful and proactive. A new unit was quickly despatched to me, which arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer services. Oh, the actual CD player is soo cool! Connects perfect;y to my Ruark speakers and sounds awesome. Love it 😊

I did recieve the player today. It was the no/wrong update from the shipping company.
However, well packed and easy to get started with. Music is playing :)

The only thing is the flimsy battery charger. However, not to be frequently used I suppose.

The item (cd player) is shipped. It was ordered the 24'th of january and now in India according to the shipping info.

So far the stated delivery time (5-12 businessdays) does not seem to become true.

When I received my portable Cd/radio player I quickly discovered it was not working properly. After contacting the customer service team, they suggested several troubleshooting ideas but nothing worked. I was offered a full refund but chose instead to have another player sent to me. My reason for wanting a cd player was very personal. My husband of 30 years passed away recently after an unexpected and brief terrible illness. He loved music and had an extensive cd collection. My first year without him I could not bear to listen to any music. Im in second year of grief and have a strong pull towards listening to his cds. Thanks to the great, kind customer service from Cool Geek my house is now filled with music. Words cannot describe how this feels to me. Thank you for helping me bring his music back to me.

J'ai commandé un M1 chez CoolGeek : appareil très esthétique et moderne à la fois. Pas de chance, j'ai eu un souci avec le fonctionnement du Bluetooth : j'ai contacté le service client qui a répondu immédiatement, m'a demandé des éléments pour réaliser le diagnostique par leurs experts.
Après analyse, CoolGeek m'a envoyé une pièce à remplacer. A réception, le remplacement a été très simple et mon problème a été résolu immédiatement. Merci sincèrement à CoolGeek pour la réactivité et le véritable Service Client très appréciable.

Un aparato muy curioso , sencillo , con una estética muy lograda y de muy buena calidad , sonido perfecto .

Had order two CD players. One had the inner panel broken. the one with all the holes. You were to send me another, but has been quite a while? You sent me one of your reply's on August 5 and was told you would send me a replacement. Can I see what is going on??????

Fabulous company with really cool products. I bought the M1 CD player - it is so stunning and the sound quality is excellent. Customer service was also top notch, speedy response when I had a query.
