Sent me the wrong item that was less the value of the product I ordered! I have contacted them still no reply after nearly 2 weeks, I have raised a Paypal dispute again no reply. Absolutely terrible service!! The item I requested is for a birthday which is on Wednesday and I have no item to give as a present!!!

I ordered items on 6th July with message saying 1-3 day delivery, I am still waiting on this being delivered .
No updates from you and also no reply to me email checking if there was a delay.

Product not sent although money taken from account. No reply to emails asking what was happening. I would recommend using another supplier for your goods

ordered pokemon wellies and Peter rabbit backpack (in dark blue color) for my son birthday but when delivered came got backpack in light blue color instead and my son dont want it, email costumes service still no response!!!

The bags great , it's a good size and realy well made ..
The sweatshirt is also very nice & excelent quality ..

They have taken money out of my bank but the Item has not arrived, I have been waiting 3 weeks!!!
I have tired to contact them and the only way to do this is email and they ignore all my emails!
There has been no dispatch email they have kept my money and not sent out any items!!!!

Ordered 3 items and received 2. Emailed customer service team to chase the item but had no response.

I have not received my order. Money has been taken out of my account and I have contacted them by email and no response. Very disappointed with the service.

The order that came wasnt correct

Ordered my sons birthday presants well in advance and still no show his birthday was 2 weeks ago. Also tried contacting them with no reply so I've lost my money and had to order some other bits from amazon.
Not happy. Don't use this company highly recommended amazon

You don’t even deserve one star for ignoring me for the past 6 weeks. Best get back to me as I won’t go away !!! No delivery. No contact. Dissatisfied mum with an upset child. Don’t use this shambles of a company.

Site stated 1-3 shipping days 5 working days on on had order confirmed said would advise when shipped had nothing no one answering emails querying what is happening with my items unhappy customer
