It's great ( ﾉ ﾟｰﾟ)ﾉ

Using CookieNet is extremely intuitive while also allowing for flexibility and customisation
Owner provides support, which is very appreciated
I've had no issues using CookieNet to host my app, with no outages or malfunctions

Good

It's a good service with fast and performant servers for hosting any projects which require a server like websites, game lobbies with friends, etc. Only thing which would make it better is a cleaner and more user-friendly panel, but it works fine for me so yeah. Still, W services

Our game hosting panel is based on Pterodactyl, which is very powerful but may seem a bit intimidating to beginners. We're developing a custom panel which will be more user-friendly.

Cookies

When this service first started it was kind of bad but it has been sorted now and the customer service is really good. Would reccomend, especially if you like cookies.

Amazing company and support

I started using CookieNet 2 months back and it’s much better than big companies! The team are always on quick response and are happy to help any issues, not that there are many! Very friendly owner, and is an amazing company!

Speeds

Speeds are inconsistent and are often slow, but it works ok

Hi Kate, this is not the kind of service CookieNet aims to provide!

It doesn't look like you're in our direct customer base, so I figured you may be an indirect customer (using a CookieHosted game server, for example). I recommend you contact the server owner, who may be able to sort out the problem, or if there do happen to be any issues on our end we would be more than happy help.

I hope you have a better experience in the future 👍

Edit: We’ve investigated this further based on information you’ve told us, and it looks like the game server you’re using is overloaded, and slow not because of CookieNet’s infrastructure but the server’s configuration set up by the server owner who bought the game server. I’ve contacted the server owner to try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
