They looked just like the picture so cute! Loved them.

Excellent job and they called to make sure the recipient was still at the hospital and as it turned out they were not so they re-routed to their home address. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the product. Thank you!

The cookie bouquet I ordered for my mom was a perfect and beautiful gift for Mother's Day! She said the cookies were delicious!

The cookies were not good at all...The appearance was ok but made with cheap products...I wanted something different than our usual (chocolate strawberries or Nothing Bundt cakes) but when they arrived I had to sample one to make sure my guests would enjoy and to my surprise all of them were not good so I gave it away....hard and no flavor...packages cookies would have been better

The bouquet looked very pretty, much like the picture. Why I still rated it 3 stars, well, the cookies are good to look at, they are not very good tasting.

I ordered 2 doz. cookies to be delivered as a get well gift to an out of state friend. Instead the cookies were delivered to me. This happened on a Saturday so nothing I could do until Monday. I decided to go ahead and keep the cookies for my family and so thankful I did because they were rock hard and tasted stale after soaking them in milk for 10 minutes to even be able to try them. This was the case for every flavor. Monday morning I called and was very polite as I started to explain the situation. However the lady I spoke with was immediately defensive and rude and implied I was a liar. When I continued to try to speak she would talk over me and stated the shipping mistake had to be my fault as well as I must have made a mistake with my online order. After only about a 5 minute call it became obvious customer satisfaction wasn't important so I apologized for bothering her and hung up. I was so shocked for being treated so poorly. If I was a business owner I would want to know if a product was shipped that was absolutely awful. Anyway I am stuck with the loss of over $50.00, cookies that no one in my family could eat and still needing a gift. I truly hope my experience was an isolated one.
