I didn’t even want to give one star but to do a review I had to. Do not buy from this company. They take your money, send no tracking then lie to you that it was delivered and apparently I signed for it wtf. What garbage. I’m so sick of scammers. I hope they get their karma

Do not use this company. I ordered a game in April they sent me a completely different game. Then said they would send the correct item. I still have not received item. They said they would refund. But I still have not had the refund
Jeg bestilte et fuglekamera d. 11/5 og d. 20/5 modtog jeg en heksefigur. Jeg sendte billede af det jeg havde modtaget og de svarede hurtigt retur at de beklagede meget fejlen og ville sende den rigtige vare med det samme. Det er nu den 30/6 og track and trace siger at den er leveret men det er den ikke. Jeg kontakter derfor igen og de skriver at de vil undersøge hvad der er sket. Jeg tvivler på at jeg får min vare. Jeg kan læse på andre anmeldelser at de har præcis samme oplevelse så hvis du handler her får du ikke det du har bestilt men noget skrammel i stedet for og når de lover at sende den vare du oprindelig bestilte, får du slet ikke. Dårligt sted at handle.

I contacted them for a refund or replacement, and I have been dragged along for over 2 months.I was tracking the replacement parcel, and the tracking suddenly claimed it was "delivered", but absolutely nothing ever arrived at my address. When I messaged them about this, they promised they would issue a refund. I still have not received a single penny, and now they are completely ignoring my messages. They have stolen my money and ruined a birthday gift. Total scam, avoid at all costs!How to get your money back right
If I could do zero stars, I would. Ordered a Board game from here (since then, their website has now completely changed and looks nothing like before, and they sell completely different items.) took over a month to get here. And some Rubbish turned up in its place. Not what we ordered. Said they were going to correct it and send the right game. 32 days later, it's apparently been delivered, but definitely not to me. I am now being ignored when asked for a full refund. Obviously a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
