Excellent service from Andy

Andy was very thorough in his explanations of everything which was very important for us as first time buyers and novices to this process. He made it easy to follow and understand and answered any questions we had. His customer service skills are extremely, very friendly and polite. Thank you!

Great service - human touch

Josh Fuller was really helpful and understanding. As first time buyer of course I am over nervous about everything but he handled that in such of professional way. Everything was smooth and quick.

Wayne Smith was a very helpful and pleasant man to deal with my requests He explained everything very clearly and even went through my email step by step so I understood everything. As a first time buyer this can be such a daunting experience but Josh helped me understand the process very patiently.
