Scam! I ordered because I trusted Trust Pilot. Good thing I went through PayPal. I placed order never received any confirmation, or other emails. Called number no answer, not even a message service, Ended up contacting someone through PayPal and they wanted me to cancel payment and send it to their other account in Kenda, under a different name.
I am very happy to share my outstanding experience with Container Estates! I recently purchased a shipping container pool from them, and I must say, the entire process was impressive.
Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast! I was expecting a wait time of several weeks, but my pool arrived within a fraction of that time. The pool was in perfect condition, just as described on their website and I was delighted to see that it was exactly what I had hoped for.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service I received. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all my questions (and I had many!) with patience and clarity, making the entire process stress-free.
