Order forms clunky and annoying
Filling out information on the website was very clunky and annoying - I uploaded the prescription then noticed where I had entered my birthdate previously was now blank so I had to re-enter that then the prescription upload disappeared and I had to redo that. Had to redo billing information too. Too much back and forth. Website needs updating.

Processing fee is higher than the product's price
Update July 3, 2026. Contact Lens King sent me a 15% off coupon for 4th of July so I go back to my cart to take advantage, but they increased the price of the product by 50%. Unbelievable.
What could be more shady than listing contacts for $18 and then charging a $38 processing fee at checkout. And this company openly admits they do it just to make their listing prices lower to fool their new customers. Shame on you for wasting my time putting in my prescription, Contact Lens King! So pathetic...

Why $13 for shipping but you choose the…
Why $13 for shipping but you choose the slowest possible shipping method? The package costs $6 to ship, so you are essentially pocketing the extra money—instead of sending me my contacts with 2 or 3-day delivery, it’s taking 6-7 days. Ridiculous, I might as well pay extra at my local eye clinic to get them faster.

Customer service is very good. Everytime I have an issue, they answer quick and help. It’s very appreciated. Thank you. Also, princes are cheaper and it’s more accessible which is nice. Furthermore, shipping is fast which is a must!

Ordering my lens from Contact Lens King has always been easy and delivery is fast.
As a loyal customer, i wish that i could receive a loyalty discount which avoids me having to search for discounts each time i am ordering. Offering only a 15% initial discount for auto replenishment is of no real savings compared to other offers available, which i am finding every time i am reordering. Loyal customers should receive your best offer each time they order or subscribe.

Really bad orering interface
Really bad orering interface. I was ordering for my 2 daughters. I had both in the cart and could not select different addresses for them, so I removed one. Then I went ahead to order for my 2nd daughter, it was showing my first daughter info with the only option to delete. The I did that and added the 2nd one then a bunch of other screens $ questions to go thru to place the second order!
