It is a scam, ordered lenses that did not turn up. Called their number 020 4505 4006 and the messaged said " We have F*#ked you there are no contact lenses".

Nothing arrives and they don't reply to emails

I have ordered my lenses nearly a month ago, I have not received it yet! I have not received any updates from them.
I sent many emails with no response, there is no any number to phone them…

Order undelivered. Emails unanswered. Refunded via bank. Fingers crossed, Trading Standards will investigate this company soon.

I decided to use this supplier as they had an offer on my particular brand of lenses. At the time of ordering, delivery was stated as 5-8 working days. After 2 weeks with no delivery and no shipping updates I chased progress using the email address provided and said I was getting anxious as I exclusively wear daily lenses and I'd almost run out. I was going on holiday and so had ordered a little more than 3 weeks in advance. I did not receive a reply. I emailed again a few days later asking for a reply by X date due to going away which also went unanswered. My only recourse then was to log a dispute with my bank who have refunded the cost of the order. I usually check Trust Pilot before ordering from a new company but didn't on this occasion - a lesson learnt!

How I wish I had looked here first... As multiple others have said, money swiftly taken, lenses never arrived. I have raised this with my bank, didn't spend a lot of money but if they are doing this to people every day they need to be held accountable.

SCAM site - do not be fooled. disgraceful phone message when you ring.

This is a scam guys, you won't get any product. If you have already ordered from them, contact your bank and they'll help you with a chargeback.

Husband ordered his contact lenses with next day delivery. Weeks later nothing has arrived. Emailed to enquire about 5 times. No answer. Just discovered all these bad reviews. He’s attempting to get his money back via card provider.

I placed an order on 20th June, and got an email confirmation by return, saying they were getting ready to ship it and would advise when it had shipped.
Nothing arrived, so I tried to contact them. As they don't publish a phone number, the only option was to email them on the email address they provide on their website. I did that on 4th July, got no response, so emailed them again on 8th July.
Having still had no reply, on 20th July I had to go back to my credit card company to dispute the transaction. The person at the bank was not surprised ... he advised that he has heard loads of horror stories about this company, and they never ship the goods. He advised that there is in fact a phone number for them, but told me it's a good thing I couldn't find it, because the stories he's been told by customers is that when they ring that number, the company then leaves them abusive voicemails and tells them they are never getting their goods.

This company is clearly a scam, run by thieves.

DO NOT USE CONTACTLENSES-DIRECT.COM: they are scammers. I ordered contact lens solution which never arrived, and emailed them after almost three weeks. I received an automated email response with a phone number. When I rang the number I received an obscene recorded message informing me I had been scammed.

Goods NOT Received
I placed an order 24th June it is now 19th July but did not receive a delivery. When my credit card arrived money was taken for order so I emailed the company. I received a receipt email confirmation and now over a week still haven’t heard despite giving the order number etc. I emailed again yesterday still no reply. Poor service!!!! Will be looking for credit card refund

Scammers avoid.
Paid, nothing recieved, no response to any email. Don't know why they bother as most people will do a charge back anyway once they realise

Wish I had found these reviews before ordering, as I too have been scammed. Ordered £85 worth of contact lenses, haven’t received them, and haven’t received a reply to any of my emails. Have taken it up with my credit card company as fraud. Don’t be lured in by the cheap price, I’ve certainly learnt my lesson. Use a reputable company like feel good contacts or lens store.

I ordered my products on the 24th June and it is now the 19th July and they still haven't arrived. The website states that it would be 5-8 business days delivery, clearly this has not happened. I even sent a chaser e-mail a week ago and have only had an acknowledgement. Not good customer service at all.

Don't use this company. Never received my order. No communication. Never replied to my messages or emails. No telephone number.

I placed my order on 25/6/22 and I’m yet to receive it. I have still not received a tracking number and after numerous times trying to contact the seller. I’ve had no response! I’m now left with no products to wear my contact lens which I desperately need.

Ordered lenses thru this website but 1 month later nothing has arrived. Avoid at all costs as it appears that they take your money and do not respond to communications: no response to emails, no response to DM via Instagram and no telephone number nor address on website. Ended up having to request a charge back via credit card company. Avoid.
