I engaged Consult Atlas Foundation in July 2025 for assistance with licensing a non-medical group home, which was clearly communicated from the outset.

Throughout the engagement, communication was often indirect. When I asked questions regarding basic licensing requirements, I was frequently told that my contact would need to “check with another person.” This lack of direct guidance created ongoing uncertainty about critical elements of the process.

After months of meetings and assurances that progress was being made, I was eventually sent paperwork related to adult family living facilities, which was not the service I had requested.

Additionally, key requirements were disclosed late in the process. Information that would have materially affected planning — such as whether a property address was required — was not clearly communicated until we were already filling out the application. Earlier clarity on these factors could have prevented months of delays.

In October 2025, when I raised concerns and requested a refund due to the incorrect direction of services and resulting delays, I was informed in writing that a refund could not be issued because the funds had already been used.

The overall experience resulted in significant time delays and measurable financial impact. I would strongly encourage others to carefully verify expertise, communication structure, and scope of services before engaging

Consult Atlas handled my home health care licensing process with a high level of professionalism from start to finish. The process took about six months, and throughout that time they were organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. Their legal expertise made a complex process much more manageable. This company is a joke and a fraud. They took my money and failed to license my business in Iowa. Please advise me on how I can possibly get back my money. Thanks

Be cautious! The sales person Yesman. Lied to me when I sign up. It has been over 6 months and I do not have my application process completed.I was told that staff would be put in place to ensure I receive my license. We'll it was a lie. I feel deceived. I recommend please check this organization out before signing an agreement.

They failed my home health licensure in the State of Hawaii, I had to step in the make the corrections for what they had failed to do accurately. They have zero clue of whats going on....

The state representative actually preferred to speak with me directly, as every time they called their office they seemed lost and unaware of policies and regulations. He had asked me to please let the licensing people know whats going on, as if I was their supervisor.

Goes to show the type of management they have in place, and the lack of professionalism, and information.

I have zero reason why they don't deserve five stars. I sometimes find myself running behind, and they go ahead of me. Communication is vital, and you must ensure you are on the same page. Filled out the online forms to discuss some options. Got an email from Lillian with what they offer and said if I have any other questions to call or email the info@ email.. did that and Bill responded. When I asked a few questions his basic reply was to fill out the form on the website (the first step I did) and proceeded to tell me not to waste his time. Sadly I've done quite a but of research and really liked what they were portraying but if this is the crap attitude I get and no one wants the business I'm more than happy to walk away before I get entangled in their lies and bs. It's sad that someone can't get an honest answer when theyre looking to hire your company to personally start a business. Shame..
