Thank you for the review. We understand there with the car finance claims. Unfortunately, this is an industry-wide issue and is not specific to our company.
The recent delays are due to the Financial Conduct Authority’s redress scheme being legally challenged. This process is intended to ensure that the scheme is fair to all claimants rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
You can also visit the FCA’s website for the latest information regarding the scheme, any delays currently being experienced and information on potential redress.
When we have an update we will get in touch with you via email or telephone but in the meantime if you have any further questions please do reach out!
