I was advised this was a quick process…
I was advised this was a quick process which should be hassle free. So far it has taken months, only to receive 2 emails explaining there's a hold up elsewhere. This started in March and the last email said it may be proceeding at the end of this year. Thats not a quick process and the communication is rubbish.
Please look elsewhere if your considering using one of these companies.

We appreciate that the claims process is taking longer than expected, and we fully understand the frustration this may cause. However, the recent delays are outside of our control and are due to the Financial Conduct Authority’s redress scheme being subject to a legal challenge. We are expecting further information following a tribunal scheduled for the end of this year or early next year.
Throughout the process, we have made every effort to keep our clients informed, providing regular updates by email and, where appropriate, by telephone. We appreciate that the circumstances surrounding the scheme can be complex, and we are sorry if there has been any misunderstanding regarding the current position or timescales.
We have requested some additional information from you via Trustpilot, as we are currently unable to locate your account using the details provided in your review. Once we are able to identify your claim, we would be more than happy to contact you directly by telephone to clarify the situation, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you have a clear understanding of the current position.
We remain committed to supporting our clients throughout the process and will continue to provide updates as soon as further information becomes available.
