Excellent after sales service. Highly delighted with my new conservatory. Had a slight problem with an opening window sticking. Spoke to Karen at Conservatory Land who had the minor adjustments needed done almost immediately. Superb back up thank you.

Very impressed with the initial contact with the sales team. Had a factory tour, which I would highly recommend.

Can not find fault with ConservatoryLand. I looked at their Website, in put the size of the conservatory that I wanted to replace. Got an estimated idea of cost. I was contacted and asked for more details. I was then given a very favourable price. I confirmed an order and within 5 weeks I have a top quality, highly finished beautiful new conservatory. The team that dismantled and took away the old conservatory and then built the new one were brilliant.
I highly recommend Conservatory Land. Top quality product and highly respectful staff who made me feel a valued customer.

I have given ConservatoryLand 5 stars because I am unable to give them more! They have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My conservatory ownership has been quite an ordeal, with two builders building the dwarf wall so badly a conservatory could not be built on it. Builder no. 3 however has got it perfect! The surveyor, Mick, has been professional at all times. He arrived on the day, and at the time, he said he would be here, which in my books is a miracle. There were major problems with the base of the conservatory due to the builders, but it was no problem to ConservatoryLand. They sent one of their team out to take a look to determine what needed to happen next, and the problem was resolved. I was in constant communication with Catherine who updated me and kept me up to speed with when the conservatory would be ready for delivery. I chose to have their surveyor Mick erect the conservatory and it was up in a day. Even my neighbours were impressed! The final built conservatory has really finished off my home and garden. It is beautiful. Really well made and I have absolutely no doubt that if I do have any problems in the future, ConservatoryLand will sort it for me. A big thank you to all involved with this project, with particular thanks to Catherine and Mick. As soon as I have photos, I will attach them.

Three years in and we’re still very pleased with our conservatory. We had a concern that it’d moved slightly and when we reported it they sent Danny round straight away without any fuss. He reassured us we didn’t need to be concerned and just monitor if it moved any more. It really put our mind at rest.

Without doubt I would certainly recommend 'Conservatoryland 'and the installers ' Castle Windows '.
From the start all the members of staff were very professional, hard working and genuine which is very important in this day and age.
We are absolutely delighted with our conservatory and love the extra room which it has given us, without all the dirt and in little time.

Absolutely a first class experience from beginning to end couldn’t be happier

Conservatoryland are affordable in comparison to other well known Conservatory builders. The Customer Service (Karen) was very supportive in the planning and design of my Conservatory. The workmen were on time, respectful towards me as a customer and ensured they were careful whilst working around a family, taking care in the rest of our garden and in clearing up their refuse. The build itself used quality frames and glass. The build was very focussed in achieving my plan for how it should look and how I wanted to use it for the extra rooms we needed as a family. I paid extra to split my Conservatory into 3 areas; a main room, a hallway and another room to be used as a Utility room. (The installation of the plumbing, air con and an additional Fusebox for the Utility room will be installed at a later date at a cost and to myself by a separate local provider) The building was completed in 10/11 days. The Customer Service at Conservatoryland was excellent.I identified one or two snagging issues and Customer Service ensured that these would be addressed in a timely manner by the builders in accordance with the build plans. The finished product meets all our needs and looks fabulous. I am recommending Conservatoryland to my friends and family.

From start to finish everything went very smoothly.. we took photos of the back of our house so they could design how it would look. Then sent pictures of how it would look when erected. The builders were on time an polite all of the mess was kept to a minimal. Customer service rang each day to make sure all was well also. It was erected in just under 3 days . We are very pleased with how it looks thank you Conservatory Land.

The two fitters worked solidly all the time they were with us. They removed the old conservatory with great care and professionalism. They ensured everything was put carefully and tidily in the skip.
The new build was a dream to watch them working with great care with nothing being a bother!
The finished conservatory is better than some show room examples! They spent a fair length of time cleaning the whole building and the glass is the cleanest I’ve ever seen!!

Helpful friendly and professional adice and a good recommended team carried out the work to s high standard.

Service was excellent, the conservatory installation was completed from start to finish in just over 4 days. The installers were very friendly and we have remained friends since. I received a phone call every evening from Conservatory Land to ask how the job is going and if I’m happy, my answer was always a resounding yes. I would 100% recommend this company.

Great product, fantastic service.
From start to finish the customer care provided by ConservatoryLand has been faultless. We changed our design so many times before finally being happy with our choice and nothing was too much trouble.
We could not be happier with our conservatory.
The installation team led by Carl was the icing on the cake, they were exceptional.
Just to add, as a builder of some 50 years it was a joy to sit back and watch others at work, producing a finished product to be proud of.

I received a few different quotes to replace my lean to sunroom/orangery.
Conservatoryland we're £2000 cheaper than the competition .
I went with a lantern style roof which gave extra height and light.
The lead time was quick, and attention to detail was excellent.
They organise a local installer at reasonable price.
The old orangery was taken down within 2hrs, and the new frame put up in the same day.
Unfortunately the roofing glass wasn't delivered until the day after (different supplier), but if it had arrived on the same day it would have been fitted.
While the frame was going up extra electrical sockets where fitted. And the existing dwarf wall was re-skimed the next day.
