Exceptional service! We had our conservatory roof professionally fitted by Conservatory Insulations, now GI Group in 2020 (yep 5 years ago). We could not fault the service from start to finish, surveyor was detailed and took time to go through all aspects with us, installers were superb. Great service overall. This year, we had a slight problem as our conservatory gets extremely hot. I called the GI Group. The service with absolutely superb. A team came with 2 days of my call. Awesome Customer Service and the team was awesome too. Superb quality, exceptional Customer Service. Very happy to recommend the GI Group.

From the begining they were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The service was amazing, eight days after putting in the order the two first class fitters were here doing the installing.The two fitters were brilliant arrived on time,worked like trojans and cleaned up brilliantly and all done in a day

Hi , had ours done about 5 months ago been too busy to get round to this so here goes , so first off the fitters left us in a flood on day 2 they didn't leave us water tight and didn't care when they resumed the next day!! , they left the outside guttering 2 foot short , had to ask for this to be remedied which finally got fixed , to top it off they cut the cable feeding the fan! so unable to have a ceiling fan or light , my advice go elsewhere , oh nearly forgot the big clean up afterwards that WE had to do , endless stainless nails , screws , plastic dust , sharp objects etc
Oh and the original ceiling fan was WORKING without issue before the install , a small amount of compensation was offered but nowhere near enough with all the stress caused.

Lucas & Peter was fabulous from start to finish - Their work was second to none & everything done to our specification. They come very highly recommended.

From start to finish a very professional service. Especially big thanks to Lucas & Peter, they installed the new insulated inside and new external panels in under 6 hours, they worked continuously,and were both very polite and friendly! There was absolutely no mess anywhere they even helped me put the sofa outside and brought it back in for me. Highly recommended.

We recently had our conservatory roof insulated, and from start to finish, the process was seamless – we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The price was very competitive, and Chris guided us through each step, even providing samples and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind.

Luke and Nathan arrived on time and were exceptional. They took the time to listen to our preferences, paid attention to every detail, and delivered a truly outstanding result. We are thoroughly impressed – thank you!

Very professional set up, from the surveyor to the admin staff, and finally the technical workforce. All very friendly and helpful. They insulated both conservatory and porch in 4.5 hours. Clean and tidy workers. Half an hour after they left the heavens opened, and I was able to leave connecting doors opened and continue reading or watching TV with no noise issues at all. Very pleased with the outcome.

So easy to deal with, responsive and helpful. I was very sceptical about both the company and the product but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality and look of the internal insulation is better than expected. Lucas and peter were polite friendly and professional. Time will tell if the leaks are truly fixed but so far so good and yes, it has rained with no issues!

From Aaron's sales survey visit, through the free finance arrangememt and on through a fantastic installation experience delivered by Lucas and Peter. Easy process backed up by fantastic workmanship and attention to detail. The product comes with the backing of the Salford test facility test results, not all conservatory insulation is the same- for sure. Can highly recommended.

Everything from start to finish on the journey exceeded our expectations. When we responded to the advert in the newspaper we were a little aprehensive, but immediately the survey and quote were advised, we were pleasantly suprised on the price (it was below what we had budgeted for) and even though our conservatory was a difficult shape, an air of confidence came across. When it came to the actual installation the two fitters Mike and Kyron were very personable, professional and just got on with the job, but explained what they doing and why. The attention to detail on finish was outstanding and we have a conservatory with a new and extended lease of life. Would highly recommend. Just internal decorations now as we chose plasterboard finish
