Unexpected annual subscription and inability to cancel it
My situation is similar – a year-long subscription that suddenly landed on my head. The only difference is that I had a limit on the maximum charge per transaction on my card, so the system failed to charge me. I went to cancel the subscription, and it was indeed cancelled... but it will only be cancelled IN A YEAR. So for this whole year I’ll have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t charge those 120$. Any attempts to contact support turn out to be futile – it’s specifically the help page that refuses to work.
