Very impressive delivery time, & ordering on line went smoothly. Also, the only source I could find in the UK for the most usefull widths of the excellent 3M/Scotch 233+ masking tape.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, easy to deal with. Having established they had stock of the product I needed they were open with communication and had the product ready packed and waiting when I went to collect. Great service.

Service absolutely below criticism

Service absolutely below criticism. Delivery time far too long. Adhesives have only 1month before "use by date"

Risposta di ConRo Limited

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of your experience.

I have looked into this, I can see the order was originally due for despatch on 29/07/2021 which was the correct release date when the order was placed. However when the goods did not arrive in our consignment from the manufacturer we updated you with the new release date of 16/08/2021. Unfortunately this order was then delayed further by the manufacturer to 17/09/2021 which we then updated you again of this. We did however manage to pull the goods in early from the manufacturer and released the order on 02/09/2021 (2 weeks before the revised delivery date).

During the delay we did advise the delay was due to raw material shortages and increased transit times from the manufacturer which were out of our control. We did also advise the order could be cancelled at any time if required.

Regarding the shelf life, the shelf life received was within the manufacturers shelf life policy which is mirrored within our online terms as well. I can also see the goods were required urgently and only 1 piece was ordered. Should you have a shelf life requirement going forward please contact us prior to ordering via live chat, email or telephone.

Sorry for the delayed response – we had not noticed this review but will keep an eye on this in the future.

Kind regards

The Conro Team
